The Rainbow Apparel chain of store features current looks at discounted prices. This location is no different. It is located in a fairly busy strip mall near the corner of Gentilly Blvd. and Elysian Fields.
If you want something that is fun, fashionable and practically so cheap that it is disposable, you will find something at the Rainbow. They lean towards youth fashion and unnatural fibers. As a ‘more mature’ shopper who loves cotton against her skin, I find myself shopping here mostly if I am in need of specific costume pieces, like the fuzzy white sweater I found for the Elite Winter Unilocalerland party last week. Now you know my secret.
