Have been here twice so far. Staff is friendly and place is as clean as you’d expect for being swarmed with kids continuously. Wait time is the reason for only 4 stars instead of 5. My daughters love the play area but I’m not a fan. The wait area is open so anybody who has their kid playing there has NO excuse for not properly supervising their own child! Yet both times we’ve gone I’ve seen a few kids running around, taking toys away from others, mowing kids down with those plastic ride on cars! All while their «parents» sit there texting. Irresponsible parenting at its best. Aside from that though, the dentists and staff are considerate, professional and treated my daughter very well.
