Premium Parking-P373

I never thought I’d write a review for a parking garage or if I did I don’t remember but here I am.
So what sparked this? Well there’s not much to say when things go well, but much more when things go wrong.
Yep, we totally got trapped in the parking garage.
So there were signs everywhere that they were having technical issues and we paid on the first floor. No worries, brought our ticket, swiped it before heading back up, tried to swipe my card and nothing.
Canceled and tried again. Nothing. Tried a couple more times and my ticket was invalidated…
Greaaaaaaaat.
So we drive down to the gate to hopefully make some magic happen. No dice.
OMG are we going to die here?!
Nope, called the manager on duty. She was super nice and did everything to try and get us moving to no avail.
Fortunately, someone with more luck than me was able to get their parking paid. I backed up quickly behind them and tailgated out.
In the end the manager wasn’t able to help, I have to give her points for being totally cool through the whole experience.
