Usually this brand has awesome parking lots. This particular lot, however, leaves something to be desired. The entrances and exits are not clearly marked, which is only an issue when it comes time to leave and one is left driving around the lot in search of the exit when it is after dark and difficult to see. There are quite a number of potholes and unusual bumps as well. There is only one kiosk to pay, which I imagine is not a problem, as there is also the app in which one can use to pay. Most of the Premium Parking lots are not numbered spots, but you pay by the license plate number, and the sign near the kiosk here also states that you pay by the plate, but the kiosk itself when making your choices, did not ask for the vehicles license plate information. But, I put my receipt on my dashboard and pushed my luck. I came back and no boot on my car! Very suspicious in my opinion, but what do I know. I should know better and have the app for next time. This lot is quite large, which is nice, and very close to several office buildings, the Super Dome and restaurants. It is also right across the street from the Amtrak/Greyhound station, which is convenient. It is also close to the freeway, and is only one level. I will use this lot in the future when needed, but I hope that improvements to the lot will be made.
