I really like PJ’s coffee, and this was a convenient location. Probably one of the more chill places on Bourbon street right? The location in the hotel is very cozy and upscale, I liked it.

Got the White Chocolate Cappuccino and it had a strip of plastic in it. How can they make a drink and not know they dropped garbage in it. Won’t be back.

Such a great atmosphere to hang out in while enjoying some breakfast or during a short break in your day. The staff was warm and friendly, and the food/pastry selection was better than what I’ve seen in most other hotel coffee shops.

Went to this PJs twice. Both times weren’t very good experiences but today will be my last visit. The girl behind the register(darker skinned girl with tattoos) was incredibly rude. No greeting. I ordered and all she says is «yup.» i thank her and smile and she slams the tray down and just looks at me and rolls her eyes. This experience made me not want to go back here. I make frequent coffee runs for myself and my coworkers. Ill be going elsewhere from now on until pjs gets friendlier staff.

cashier is very rude. we were having breakfast there. we ordered a total of 5 pastry and coffees. My daughter got the pastry and I got 5 coffee. But when we sit down, we realized we are missing a pastry. Easy problem, I walk back to cashier and told her we order 5 pastry and only got 4. Then she started yelling that she gave us all 5. I asked her to go to our table to check. We finally the problem resolved but it is a very unhappy experience. A customer who was there come to our table and apologized for the cashier’s behavior.

Very bad customer service. They show very impatient attitude when you ask a little more questions. They ran out of large size cups, so the could only sell the medium size coffee. But the elder woman kept telling me that she was selling me the large size coffee. I am not sure if she overcharged me. The pastry and the quality of the coffee are average. Don’t be fooled by the crowd of people in the store. I have been enjoying the friendliness of people in New Orleans, but this place is obviously not showing any welcome or courtesy to the tourists.

Located inside the Royal Sonesta, I usually end up at this PJs when I’m early for an event at the hotel. This location isn’t my favorite, but it’s usually pretty clean. There’s plenty of seating for the small space and access to outlets. The wifi is kind of terrible, even when the location isn’t crowded. I’ve had acceptable sandwiches and pastries here. And the iced tea is good. The price point is higher than other PJs but considering the location on Bourbon Street, it’s not too bad.

Meh. You have to toast your own bagel. The croissants are flat and cold. Try to find a different café if you have time.

This is located within the Royal Sonesta Hotel, though has an entry and storefront from Bourbon Street at the address noted. I happened to be in the Quarter on my last visit, and since PJ’s is the brand of coffee I prefer, I stopped by. Very nice, clean(esp. for Bourbon St.) and spacious. I’m sure on a Saturday and Sunday morning you can find a lot of miserable customers, but I found the staff to be friendly and courteous. I was a bit disappointed that they didn’t have the Island Breeze iced tea, which I think I’ve had at just about every other PJ’s in the city on a regular basis. Their espresso, which is a style different than most coffee establishments, met my standards. Great brand, good location.
