Sadly I need to take back my last review after I placed an ordered a little over an hour ago. The order was confirmed and they called me an hour later just to tell me that they won’t be delivering and it was cancelled… Way to go Papa Johns! Thanks for being so professional. Great to see how little you value your customerw. I’m sure glad that I wasted over an hour while I have guests waiting on pizza to never arrive because you guys canceled it an hour ago without telling me! Could at least have the decency to call a customer back to inform them ahead of time… Not at the time that the pizza is due to arrive. I’m all set and will bring my business and money elsewhere.

With so many great local pizza places, we rarely order from the national chains. Alas, we were hungover Sunday and needed delivery. We have grown tired of waiting over 90 mins for a mediocre pizza from slice so we opted for papa johns !! The pizza was fine– the best of national chains. We had a supreme pizza — this pizza was loaded with toppings !! We were shocked when our pizza arrived within about 20 minutes. Unfortunately, papa johns does not have coke products — only Pepsi.

I ordered 20 wings and a 2 liter of root beer at 4:13. It is now 5:22 and I haven’t received either my food or a call explaining why it is so late. The estimated time for my delivery was 55 – 65 minutes (Yikes) but I really wasn’t expecting to be kept waiting this long. I am seriously disappointed.
