Unbelievably poor service. Do not order from this location. Delivery time was said to be 45 minutes. After an hour we called and was told that the pizza was on the way. We live only ten minutes away. Twenty minutes later we called to see where our order was, the manager tells us that they are making the pizzas now. After then canceling the order and picking up a pizza from Olive Branch Café, the original order from papa johns shows up. I guess they didn’t communicate with their drivers neither. Save yourself the time and headaches. Don’t order from this location. Papa John and Peyton Manning would be disappointed with this level of service.

On 12/12, I placed an online order for 18 carry out for pizzas to be picked up on 12⁄15 @ 12 pm. Right after placing the order, I call this local store to ask if they could change the pick-up time to 11:20 am. The lady told me no problem and hung up. Three days later(day of pick-up), I get a call from their store manager around 10:20(i.e. 1 hr b4 pickup) asking if I still need the order. Told her yes of course and I even called after I placed the order to request a 11:20 am pick-up. She initially told me 11:20 was not possible, but said ok it should be ready around 11:30. Also wanted to limit the order(in case pizzas not ready) but store manager kept going on and on about how it will affect the price so I told the store manager never mind just keep as is and hung up b/c I was going to be late for a meeting. Got to the store at 11:30 and was informed order’s not ready. Also I saw and heard the store manager ask the clerk, «Is she the one that hung up on me?»(She says it with a smug look as she’s looking at me… not kidding wish I had my camera out). Had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this store manager throughout this transaction. Asked her how many are ready and she states 12. Ended up carrying out 12, but total amount paid was the same as 18 pizzas. Store manager denies this, but I have the receipts to prove it. Also, store manager did not give me a receipt after I paid cash… had to go back inside the store to ask for one. They lost my corporate business… will not order from Papa Johns again. ALSOHERE’S ANOTHERUPDATE: I called their customer service department to file a complaint and they told me they would let the owners of the store know what happened. Five minutes later, I get a call from the SAMESTOREMANAGER asking me to call her back?! I had to call their CSD again and inform them what happened. Sorry Papa Johns… this is not how you run a business.

After moving around the country and having used many Papa John’s in other areas, we were concerned with using this one due to the past negative reviews. We decided to give them a chance. After spending $ 50 each for 3 separate orders, we will not order from this PJ’s again. Not including all that you order and then having to call and ask for what you paid for is not a business we want to support or waste our hard earned money on! We will stick to Olive Branch Café and Rotollo’s Pizza. Locally owned and way better pizza and service for the same price!

Just wanted to let people know that I just received a phone call from a woman named Stephanie(I’m assuming a manager) basically confronting me on whether or not we paid for our pizza when it was delivered. Excuse me for a moment while I explain the situation this morning at 11am. My boyfriend and I were running around the house trying to find a 20 $ bill to pay for our pizza before the driver had arrived at my house. I had accidentally pressed cash on the iPhone app while ordering(instead of the visa option). Since neither of us really carry cash, it was a task in of itself to scramble around the house hoping we’d find $! Well, we did. We found 22 bucks. More than enough to pay for the pizza and for a nice tip. So WEPAID for the pizza and enjoyed it. It was very good. Hours later, at approximately 5pm,(I’m assuming) Manager* Ms. Stephanie had called me, to my surprise. Requesting to speak to my boyfriend about not paying for our pizza. *I watched him do it.* She was determined to speak to him because he did not give money to her driver and began to explain what my boyfriend looked like(as if he was a criminal or something of the sort). What? Was she planning on taking this situation in her own hands? Obviously. Was she planning to come over for a visit should I had not answered my phone? For a while, not only was I speechless of the accusation that we had stolen money/pizza whichever way you prefer to look at it, I began explaining how I know he absolutely paid and, in fact, my boyfriends is a Jefferson Parish Deputy. We do NOT steal. We are law abiding citizens. So for this woman to call me up on my personal cell phone accusing us of stealing, I was in awe. Not only is it extremely unprofessional, it makes her look highly irresponsible and someone who hires untrustworthy& irresponsible employees as well. It was $ 22 and this chain business was not going to have this incident put them out of business or do any major damage that could have been fixed the way she pursued the issue. The only damage this caused on the business, was the loss of mine due to her poor attitude and choice of words while going about this. Let’s say we took the pizza and got side tracked and it completely slipped our minds to even hand it to you(ALTHOUGH I’m the type of person who would go grab my shoes immediately and personally deliver the cash if that were to ever happen because it is the right thing to do), it is your employees responsibility to assure they have cash in hand before driving off. The driver may have even had it in her hand and didn’t realize the wind blew it out of her hand or even out the window? I just cannot believe the audacity to call a customer out on this when you have absolutely no evidence of this occurring. I am flabbergasted. Maybe the employee pocketed that money for themselves! Who knows. But I will assure that I was completely insulted and will not be ordering from Papa John’s again. I usually order from Reginelle’s and will continue to do so. As this is was absolutely mind blowing.

Frequently order from this location at least once every other week and the pizza is always hot & fresh when it’s delivered, as well as quick delivery so your not waiting forever on your order. Will continue to be a regular here!
