Ugggh, everything about this dining experience sucked. It was Christmas Day, so there was only one cook and one waiter. I would cut them some slack for being under-​staffed, but that is a failure of management, so they’re still on the hook. They should have known that they’d be one of the few places open on Christmas and therefore MORE busy than usual, not less.
So, the waiter was WAY too busy and would only swing by our table once every twenty minutes. Even taking that into account he was pretty incompetent. He brought my Grandma a hamburger instead of a caesar salad. When we pointed this out, he actually disputed this, showing us his pad where he wrote down the mistaken order. Uggghhh, idiot. She finally ended up eating the burger because it would’ve taken another hour to get the correct order. Even after we pointed out his misstep, he STILL charged us for the burger.
The food was bland and unremarkable. The ettoufee was too watery and greasy. The bisque was lukewarm and flavorless. The salad was iceberg lettuce and a few sad-​ass tomatoes.
What a horrible waste of a meal in Nawlins. I wish I had gone hungry. Stay away from this place at all costs.
