I have fallen in love 3 times in my life, and the first bite of that slider Krystal burger was one of them. The fresh onions complementing the crispy bacon; the sweet bun over the smooth cheese; all coming together in a harmony of flavor never seen before in the fast food history. It was the single best meal in the history of fast food industry. After those first 4 sliders I IMMEDIATELY ordered 4 more. I was smitten.

People say they’ve had problems in the drive thru? I wouldn’t doubt it. I got (5) Krystal chicks for $ 5 (special). Both times a manager was there working. They are new and still working with new (and cleanly dressed) employees.
I went there at 11 a.m. & at 9 p.m. Both times I got hot, fried chicken sandwiches in less than 2 minutes. With tablet in hand, if it took 5 – 10 minutes I would have to walk out the door.
I found the place (at 2 completely separate times) to be fast, clean, and efficient. The 2^nd time I was there someone outdoors placed a huge order, and then just «drove off» because that driver was lacking in funds. I can tell you that if you have cash laid out on the counter there’s this Pavlovian sense to notice you’re serious about buying and you get great service.
I got a bathroom pic, a pic of the lobby, and a pic of the KITCHEN. All of them very clean, and a manager there at all times. The managers were working – leading by doing! Especially with some new employees.
Overall, this location bought property, built a store, hired employees, and it’s proven (via photos) that it is new and very clean!!!
Something you are not likely to see at any other similar type of restaurant. Very rare, and very rare for me to give this place what it deserves with what they have to work with. – 5 stars.

Worst service ever. Been here multiple times and every single time the drive through line with only 3 cars max in it took 45 min for me to get to the front of the line. When I finally got up there she made me hold for 20 min. I will never go back there. The girl does not know how to do her job. Also ask for no mustard and onions every time… And every single time there was mustard and onions.

WHY AREN’T Y’ALL GRILLING THE ONIONS?
Whew! No that that’s out of my system… Really, those mini chili dogs are pure deliciiousness. Had I eaten them while drunk, I’d still be eating them. The mini corn dogs are the perfect size, and one is more than enough to satisfy that state/​county fair food-​itch.
Real brewed iced tea was an unexpected surprise!

On a not busy Sunday staff seemed overwhelmed. The three people in front of me we’re all waiting because their orders weren’t right. Cashier was clearly in training mode and having a rough time. When I questioned the size of the cup alleged to be medium she was adamant it was correct. Clearly it was the small cup, as I proved when I got home and measured the ozs. I didn’t persist because they were having such a rough time, but they need to get their act together. Service asid, my burgers, fries and SMALL iced tea were yummy.

Been here a few times before the grand opening and was rather pleased with everything. One thing’s for sure, i didn’t see a Krystal burger popping up in this location. Service was fast and on point. Food was fresh and hot coming out. I’ve actually never been to a Krystal before. I’ve had white castle and castle burgers from Tastee, and to me, they’re all the same.
I was enthused about the fact this spot is 24 hours, New Orleans needs more of those. The classic burgers with cheese and grilled onions are always a solid selection. I’ve also tried their spicy chic, and original chic sandwiches which were also pretty bomb.
They started off doing quite well, I hope the service and food won’t suffer as does with most (fast food) places shortly after opening.
