It is a nice store with a lot of different things. There were lots of hookahs from different countries. We enjoyed looking through the things, and got some incense sticks, which were absolutely great. The staff was friendly and helpful, as well.

Worst shop ever! Me and my boyfriend went in and got carded immediately, which wasn’t a problem but the cashier expected us to walk over and show our ids to her. Then in conversation between me and my boyfriend I mentioned marijuana and the cashier then threatened to have me removed if I mentioned marijuana again. Such a disappointment ! Talk about shitty customer service! Especially when they sell hemp products. What a contradiction.

Nice shop but I wish I can give this store a 0 stars just because of the guy behind the counter. I am pretty sure he was the owner. Anyways shisha is over priced, you can get any fumari for less than 10 bucks anywhere else. Here its $ 14. Besides the prices the guy was just arrogant, I believe he was upset because he didn’t nave sales. He was complaining out loud how people just look around and don’t buy anything. That’s rude! (If that bothers him so much he should take his shop somewhere else) this is a touristic area. Then he try to sell me/​argue with me on something I have 7 off. I own a hookah shop and his sales is horrible. I feel sorry for the girl who works with this guy. Avoid this place unless you like getting treated like shit. Or don’t avoid just go in an window shop. Lol… that will upset him

Just had the worst experience at this place. I’ve been here. Couple times and have gotten great, «happy» service but today, Mr. Jonathan had a problem with the black girls coming in. He was perfectly fine talking to the cute white lady while given here his undivided attention. But when it came to us he was on the phone but we couldn’t be on ours. We’ve done hookah but we never bought a whole set so we needed some advice and instructions we got no help I am very disappointed and I will not be going to this location ever again and I will let all my friends know not to go!

My wife found this place in October when she came to NOLA. So we found it again for Mardi Gras. I had to visit twice because I broke my first piece I got and had to get another. Friendly staff and decent selection of pipes and accessories. I believe there are several all over NOLA. Not many other shops like there’s.
