On my Where’s Waldo search, this is one of the locations where Waldo is hiding, which is why I visited. I am so glad that I did visit. This is an awesome store with shoes, clothes and accessories that will meet the needs of a wide variety of women. The store was clean, and very well organized. There is street parking, which I am sure will fill up on busy weekends and busy shopping times. There were some items on sale, but all items had great prices. The clerk on duty was very nice, helpful and friendly. I would love to come back and play dress up trying on(and buying) different items. I am so very glad to have found this cute store!

Their collection of shoes is fantastic, but their staff is what truly makes the store. They are a delight to work with. They go above and beyond to help you find what you are looking for. And if they don’t have what you need in stock, they will do a bunch of research and find it for you. Besides shoes, they have a great selection of sunglasses(local Krewe brand!), purses, accessories, etc. And attention all Nola brides-to-be! They have everything you need for all of your wedding parties and the ceremony itself. Cute casual options all the way to gorgeous formal heels that come in a variety of color options. It would be difficult to NOT find something you love. Please support this wonderful local shoe store. They have earned my business and trust!

Shoes Oh my God shoes Shoes Let’s get some shoes Shoes These shoes RULE Seriously, go get some shoes. When I was visiting New Orleans, I was fortunate enough to visit Feet First. I found the most perfect pair of blinged out flip-flops with the beautiful Fleur de Lis emblem by Volitile. The icing on the cake, so to speak… all the shoes were 20% off. Besides the flip-flops, they have a vast array of other adorable shoes, socks, darling accessories and super cute tee-shirts. Shoes Let’s get some shoes Shoes Let’s party

One last review update from my annual Magazine-Street-Black-Friday-Shopping-Extravaganza with my Mom. I’m in and out of Feet First all the time. They have cute stock and let’s be honest… it’s the closest shoe store to my house. They have cute accessories and great sales. And what made me stop in on black Friday? Promises of mimosas and free chair massages(from the new spa that’s opened across the street). My Mom found some cute gifts for the nieces and I, of course, bought more shoes for me.

This is a really cute store that I would love to go play dress up in. They sell so much more than shoes. They sell many pretty purses, accessories, jewelry, and other fashion nick knack things that you would never think to buy. Like I just got a pair of «Boot Tux». It’s to help my pants stay down in my boots. I am absolutely in love with their miniature headband hat collection. Perfect for costumes! When I went in today, they were having a moving sale because they’re moving across the street! Not sure about why they are moving, but I’m excited to see how it improves their store.

When Feet First has a sale, they really have a good one. I always leave wishing I had a really small size foot bc that’s where alot of the great deals are(lucky girls with size 5 – 6). A couple of weeks ago I was looking for a Pella shoe that I fell in LOVE with. They researched it for me and although they were not able to get it, they let me know when they promised they would. I’ll be back!

Feet First appears to be a New Orleans institution of sorts. There’s a variety of colorful shoes in the $ 60 — $ 100 price range as well as hats, reading glasses and costume jewelry. What I really like is the NOLA couture line they carry which has dog collars, key fobs and ties with cheerfully preppy motifs(slightly out of place given that the rest of Feet First’s merchandise is vaguely boho). I like the Feet First at this location best since it feels like a place where true New Orleanians shop but there’s also a Feet First in the French Quarter in the 500 block of Royal in case you are in that part of town.

The prices here are steep and yes you CAN get the same things online for MUCH less. I always find myself coming in here when I am looking for shoes, but always leave empty handed. The staff here is. ok they seem a bit pushy honestly and I have never been«wowed» by the shoes selection. I can go to Dillard’s and fine better selection to be honest. I think the Uptown ladies have been drinking the Kool aid hence the 4 and 5 star reviews

Why on earth is a guy reviewing a women’s shoe store? Two reasons: 1. My wife is addicted to the place, and they really helped me out when she wanted shoes for Christmas. The employees were able to point me to directly what she wanted. They knew which size she get in that brand. they made it really easy on me. 2. They have the largest selection of NOLA Couture ties around, and well those are the coolest ties ever.

I agree with Zachary A. Visited both the FQ and the Magazine St location. Love the Poetic License and Sam Edelman offerings, but $ 138 for the same shoe that sells for much less online? Get outta here! I don’t have anything to prove by carrying around a Feet First shopping bag… even if I can afford to. They do offer a nice selection of shoes and accessories, and there is a sizable selection of mark downs toward the back of the store. Absent that markdowns though, this store is definitely in the pricey range.

They have great shoes, especially for those of use with narrow feet. They offer name brands. Handbags, bridal shoes, ties, suitcases and belts are also offered. I find the prices are a little steep, but if you go when they have a big sale you can buy the whole lot!

Feet First Inc. a uptown upscale twist on a traditional suburban Payless. Yes ladies, they have matching shoes and purses. We’ll have to inform the Magazine Street pilfering posse of transvestites. Feet First must have been troubled by these shoplifting showgirls cause while shopping I became the subject of much scrutiny. Its not that I don’t have a flair for clothing, costume makeup, and the tremendously oversized feet of a trussed up tranny. Its just that I prefer to be treated like a valued paying customer. Yes ladies this store’s prices are modestly high. You have to understand they need to pay off the survelliance equipment.

love it! they have a great selection of mid-range women’s shoes(everything from flip flops to strappy sandals to the basic pump to what my friend calls«street walker shoes») at pretty reasonable prices. they carry cute purses too!
