I did not even get to try the place. The front door was locked .only drive through was available. And the drive was too slow. Not a good look for Duncan Doughnuts

The service(or lack there of) at this place makes me want to poke my eye with a needle. Could they be any slower or care any less about their job?

This is in my neighborhood so I’m a frequent customer… or was. When they first opened, the service was good and the food was good. The manager was always there to greet customers and to check on things. Lately, the employees, usually no more than 2, are completely devoid of any kind of management supervision. They are rude and just don’t seem to care about their job. The last 4 times I have been there, if I placed an order with more than one item, the order was completely wrong. It’s correct on the ticket but it seems that the person putting the orders together in the back doesn’t read the ticket or just doesn’t care. There’s a big difference between bacon and sausage and they don’t look alike when written on paper. Same foes for croissant and English muffin(which doesn’t matter because they are ALWAYS out of croissants. They place is always empty regardless of the time of day. It should be pretty obvious to management why this is the case. This is a small close-knit community. Everyone will try a new business once. If it’s bad, they’re not going to go back.

Consistently the worst dunkin experience ever. I constantly have to repeat myself whether going into the store or drive through. They never get my order right. The employees act like nothing matters to them and they hate their job, bordering on rude. Get your act together dunkin. Take a little note from literally ever other dunkin I have been to and provide a better customer experience.

The workers are outside just hanging out. My order was a french vanilla and didn’t even add sugar or asked if i wanted some. I asked one of the workers if they were chilling and she replied trying to. What a joke.

I ordered two iced coffees on Sunday, one with cream and one without. The iced coffee without cream was a few shades lighter than tea. It tasted like coffee flavored water, and the other one tasted like coffee and cream flavored water. I’d say their iced coffee needs some work.

The last time that I have tried Dunkin Donuts was when I was a kid. I didn’t recall liking it back then, but I figured that since it has been 30+ years ago, and close to my house, I would give it another shot. My first impressions were pretty good. The employees were friendly and helpful. There was a decent variety of donuts, so I bought a bunch of different kinds for my family to try. I also got a coffee for myself, and a frozen drink for my wife. I’m a bit of a coffee snob. With that being said, the coffee was very good. However, I can’t say the same for my wife’s frozen coffee drink, or the donuts. Beginning with the frozen drink, it was watered down, had a strange artificial trade, and a pretty bad aftertaste. It was thrown out after a 2 sips. I was then forced to back out and down the street to DD’s national competitor for a better-tasting«frap.» Regarding the donuts, they tasted bland and stale; all of them. Trying to salvage the $ 20 I have paid for them, I resorted to heating them in the microwave. They surprisingly heated well, and tasted decent after that. I wish Duncan Donuts the best, but their donuts and drinks just aren’t for me. So much for the one stop shop. Now, I’ll have to go to the«frap» place before stopping at the«other» place down the street for hot donuts.

I’m kind of worried about this place. It just opened(they have grand opening signs everywhere) and yet, the place was totally dead when I stopped in. I had received some«incentive» coupons in the mail from this Dunkin’ Donuts, in order to encourage new customers. I needed no real encouragement, as this DD is pretty close to my house and I am a sucker for cheap, not so great, but it has caffeine in it, coffee. I stopped in to get a discount iced coffee with my magic coupon and the place was pretty dead. The girl behind the counter was super nice and accommodating and I felt bad that I wasn’t more in the mood for a donut or something, but I was kind of in a rush and needed an iced coffee STAT. I’ve pretty much made it my personal mission to keep this place open. This spot has been cursed ever since the Pizza Hut closed, so I’m gonna stop in a couple times a week for coffee and a sandwich or something.
