I play music in the quarter and have been a regular customer here since they opened. Great people who care about the working musicians in town. Very fair prices on strings and instrument accessories, good instrument prices and they are also reasonable and easy to work with when it comes to consignments. Glad they are in the quarter and hope they stick around for years to come.

This is a tiny little music store in the heart of the French Quarter, but somehow they had just the right strap for my ukulele, go figure. I have been looking for the perfect strap, yes some people use a strap with a ukulele, all over the place and had never seemed to find the right one. But the five stars isn’t for the quantity of their stock (go to one of the big box music stores or shop online for that kind of inventory), but rather for the service. The guy behind the counter was friendly from the moment I walked in, something many small music stores aren’t always so good at. I told him what I was looking for and he helped me find exactly what I was unable to find for so long. The price was fair, something else small music stores usually can’t compete on either, and the A/​C was working just fine. Win, Win, Win.
