Watch your money. If you pay cash they may scam you out of your change and if you challenge them they can’t provide proof of what you gave them and then tell you to call the police to report them! Really??? Pay card! Then the customers behind you want to call you a Penis. Brains abound in this area but they are not in the head!!!

Great little gas station in the neighborhood. I find gas to be a tad bit cheaper than other places; this location is great during crunchy time or when you’re driving on E(& that’s not for EXCITEMENT). I also like this location because it’s just across from the Starbucks & is great for a quick candy run & other study snacks. The air here is still $ 0.50& not a dollar like elsewhere in the city; although air should be free in my opinion, but that’s a whole other discussion.

Still somewhat scary at night but it is lots better at this intersection of Washington and Magazine than when I was a kid. The«generic brand» gas is a lot cheaper than other stations which is surprising given its location. The owners and cashiers are always friendly. NOTE: They do not sell any alcohol because of the«dangerous» neighborhood. I don’t blame them.

After a long walk down Magazine Street, I like to duck in here to grab a bottle of water. It is in a convenient location, and the prices beat what you would pay for a bottle of water at a restaurant. Day or night they are open and there is usually some people watching to be had. lets just say the patrons can be eclectic.

I never go here for gas, as my mom taught me to always buy the name brand, but I do buy lottery tickets here. When The Super Lotto for up to a half mil, people were buying tix left and right. They opened a special cashier just for us! The people running this station are are sweet and nice. I’m sure their gas is good, too.

Cheap gas, yes. A little spooky at 10:00pm. Weird mix of clientele at the late night shift that makes you consider driving off quickly but the prices make you stay.

This is the closest gas station to my house and it has a great location at the intersection of Washington and Magazine. They always seem to have the cheapest gas prices of anyplace in the Garden District /Irish Channel /Uptown area. This store also assists me to look forward to achieving my life long goal of winning 100 million dollars as I frequently purchase my lottery tickets here. This place is also open 24⁄7 so it certainly puts the convenience in convenience store. Maybe I will even purchase it one day soon when I get my winning ticket.
