Confess: Apparel and Accessories

The raddest part of my Poboyfest experience was coming by this gem of a store that I had literally never seen before although I regularly frequent the area. Saw a friend loitering in the door, came to say hi, and he introduced us to the owner, Tiffany.
This store is a vintage lover’s dream! Pieces are carefully selected and all in excellent condition. Many hats and shoes, in sizes that us modern girls can fit in (aka not a 5)! Although a small space, the racks are easily organized and artistically curated notions sit on the shelves and hang on the walls (clusters of gloves, beaded purses, lace hats, etc.)
I purchased a perfect silk costume turban (definitely 1930s) for $ 20. A steal. Can’t wait to come by with a little more time to browse.

Amazing experience. This is one of the best vintage stores in New Orleans. You will not find yourself sifting through crap in order to score a great find. Tiffany (the owner) made my friend and I feel so at home in her store. I purchased 2 incredible dresses in great condition and at affordable prices. And don’t fret if you find a great piece that doesn’t fit quite right, she even has a seamstress who specializes in vintage clothing! This store is a great addition to the newly restored Oak Street neighborhood.
