Coach

Went back during my vacation and one of the sales lady’s said welcome back. I felt right at home although it’s been a month. Every sales person acknowledged me and offered suggestions on what to buy. I wound up getting some leather sneakers and a wristlet both for 50 percent off.
This place is the best and the one of the few high end stores I don’t mind going to.

I was here on nov 19^th around 3 pm and have to say the staff was unbelievable! So nice and helpful. It literally made the difference of me buying one pair of shoes to $ 700 worth of bags. So thank you for making it a wonderful shopping experience staff!!!

A typical Coach store that looks and feels the same as any other. There are no outlet prices here.

The little Coach store that could. This location has survived so many other luxury brands that have come and gone from Canal Place. I always stop by when I’m around just to browse or shop and pay homage to the store that has out lasted all others.
PROS:
— If you don’t see what you want they’ll get it for you either online or from another location… FAST
— The ladies of Coach will not hound you. They give a «hello,» and «if there’s anything you need, let us know.» Other than that you’re on your own unless you flag them down… I love that.
CONS:
— A super limited in store selection on things that are really easy to stock such as the keychains, key fobs and wallets, but like I said, they’ll get it really fast for you.
Truly a must on any Canal Place excursion.

Tashia & Patrice were so kind and helpful as soon as I entered. They are true examples of that Southern hospitality I heard exists in NOLA!

My first stop in the mall, I headed to Coach. I loathe Coach logo bags, it drives me crazy that they try to act like a luxury brand. Regardless, their merchandise is appealing as long as it remains logo-​free.
It was a fairly large sized store. The sales staff was super friendly. I always appreciate good customer service.
I haven’t been to any Coach store in awhile so I have somehow missed out on the fact that they sell reasonably priced jewelry! There were some really cute earrings and bracelet’s. It was the first stop on my first full day in NOLA so I opted to skip. Besides, I can always buy Coach at home. Regardless, this is a great location.

How did I leave the house looking to buy shoes, and come home with a handbag? The girls are pleasant, honest in their opinions, and the upsell was soft.
