While in town for a bachelor party, we were staying at the Queen & Crescent. This is the bar that is in the lobby. It’s a nice little bar. It’s not big, it’s not packed, and the selection is small, but it’s a cool place to hang out. We would sit down here while waiting for the friends that lived in NOLA to meet up with us. It’s a great little place to sit and wait. It’s quiet so it’s easy to have a conversation with your friends and since it’s not busy, the service is very quick. The times we were here it was the same bartender(they obviously had other bartenders we just weren’t drinking while they were working). She was an excellent bartender. She liked to converse, was very hospitable, and a great server. Honestly she’s the reason I even bothered to review the place. I don’t remember her name, but she was a great bartender and this place is lucky to have her. Club Car Lounge only gets three stars because it’s way too small and limited to really be a bar I would want to go to all the time, but if you’re in the area, you should definitely check it out.

This is a great, cozy bar. It’s officially my ‘go to’ spot no matter the day or time. They now open at 11am on weekdays which is awesome if you’re craving the most amazing bloody mary you’ve ever had.(Request the Bakon vodka) The bartenders are great and offer good conversation. The drinks are poured very ‘generously’ if you know what I mean. It’s also a great place to go to if you’re flying solo for the night but still want to go out and enjoy a good drink.

The Club Car, located in the Queen & Crescent Hotel, is a very chill bar great for people watching and convenient to everything. The highlight for me and my fiancé was JP. He’s the perfect bartender. Personable, funny and pours stiff drinks. Next time you’re in Nola, the Club Car is worth a visit.
