I love this store. I’ve been shopping here since my college days maybe…2006, and have never had a bad customer service experience. They have a great selection, mix of prices, their buyer has great taste and I almost always leave with a great piece.

I was lured in by the signs of 40% off EVERYTHING in store. Um duh? Then I noticed they carry Michael Stars, Free People and PPLA. HUGEBONUS! The store was pretty easy to navigate around, must items were lining the walls on hangers, so I did my normal fly by. I found several tops that I couldn’t beat the price by going anywhere else and bought them no problem. I wished I would have found a pair of Sandals in my size because they had an entire rack of adorable Roxys but the sizes were 6, 9 and 10. I could have racked up even better but that’s OK, not like I need another pair of shoes.

Lovely little boutique with higher end lines. The layout is open and airy and the clothes are well displayed. The selection skews a bit young for me, but that’s not an issue since I’m often buying gifts for the plethora of nieces. What is the problem is the staff. Everytime I’ve been in, I’ve been ignored. On this last visit my modelesque niece tried asking a question about a sale item and got a deep sigh in response. Really… Then I had the audacity to ask about an item on a counter display. Same deep sigh and the salesperson grudgingly acknowledged my question and answered me like I was an idiot. Whatever. Because that’s the attitude of the staff.

Great place! Great customer service. The two girls up front were very helpful and sweet. It was so packed because of the holidays, but they did sucha great job accommodating me.

Wife says the clothing they have is everything she loves. Unfortunately, she said she was appalled by the women working there. They didn’t acknowledge her or myself when we entered. Not a word. Hello? Nope. Could I help you with something? Nope. Excuse me I’m trying to organize stuff and working. Can I glare at you for looking at the sale rack? Yup. My wife would have bought more things but decided to spend our money elsewhere. Admittedly, we were not very well dressed and just riding around town on bicycles. But we were also in town and shopping since my wife can’t find these brands where we live. Suck it ladies, you give a bad impression for NOLA where everyone is overly gracious and accommodating.

This place is pretty cute but very overpriced, in my opinion. However, the cost of the clothes is nothing compared to the attitude of the salespeople. The people that work there are the most unhelpful and rudest salespeople I’ve ever experienced in NOLA. And it’s not just a couple! I have been shopping here for 3 years and it’s been my experience 100% of the times I’ve gone here. They just stand behind the counter talking to each other and glaring at everyone, then sigh loudly when you interrupt them to pay. I’ve rarely seen such an unhelpful lot who’s also just bored and annoyed by customers. It’s like they don’t want you to find something you want to buy because that means they have to talk to you. SORUDE. Go down the street to Naaz where the prices are better and the salespeople are delightful, helpful, and excited for you when you find something you like.

This place is amazing! I recently lost a lot of weight and wasn’t even sure of my size. I popped in for a bit after taking my dog to get groomed at nearby petcetera. The two girls working were incredible– it’s nice just to find friendly staff but they went above and beyond by helping me find clothes and make decisions without that fake«just buy it» attitude. I can’t convey how much I appreciate their help! There was a huge end of summer sale which I took advantage of. For around $ 300, I came out with three new dresses, a skirt, and two tops. While some of the clothes are for people with a bit more confidence in their style, I found tons of unique and fun stuff that catered towards my taste. All of the items were reasonably priced to start off with but the sale was great. I’ve been loyal to Hemline for ages but Ah-ha has me hooked!

Love the feel of the store and light airy clothes-perfect for nawlins weather. Waaay overpriced though, I can get the same look for much cheaper down the street at Armoire.

Ah-Ha sits on the corner of Magazine getting my attention, but not my money. It calls me in with cute dresses and brand names like Michael Stars and Free People. But, I just cannot bring myself to buy such expensive items in this store when the exact same things are available at Macy’s(they have super sales) or TJ Maxx. Besides dresses and comfy t-shirts Ah-Ha does have a good selection of flip-flops and sandals as well as scarves. I also saw some magnets that I thought were cute– but were $ 10! I guess just because of the price I wouldn’t come in here very often. Check out the fake chicken greeting you as you walk in. Definitely freaked me out!

These guys have been around for awhile and you can always rely on them to have a bohemian style dress for any occasion. Their prices are mid to high range. They carry mostly dresses, shirts shoes, and purses. There is always parking around the corner.

Owned by the daughters of the Rubenstein family, this is a cute stylish boutique that has never let me down. They do a great job in balancing out the trendy, basics, and high end items. I’ve always found something there that I’ve needed, from C+C and Michael Stars shirts and Reef flops, to Ella Moss and Free People dresses. They also stock many accessory lines that are made by local artisans.

so since NOWHERE on magazine street(or nola in general) seems to cater to super small people, this is one of few places that i actually purchased items when living in nola(albeit only jewelry, as the same clothing problem here). i loveee the jewelry they carry – a lot of sheila fajl stuff, and cute accessories. Also, some friends got really cute clothes on huge sale here, but alas above mentioned problem prevented me from doing the same… definitely worth checking out if in the area!
