I haven’t been here in awhile. Went in today and realized they have renovated. Looks nice. This place always has high traffic but yet they get the orders out quickly. Plus I get a discount here. Decent size. Fast food is fast food.

The food was not good I work at nigh so I try and go to places that would normally have good food I was disappointed in the quality of food that I received. I normally go to the one on 34th St and Fifth Avenue the food there is fresh the children juicy and the fri hot I’m really disappointed with this Wendy’s

I use to go there all the time, but about 2 months ago there was a piece of plastic in my food. I was half way done eating my chicken sandwich when I spat it out of my mouth. Never going here again.

Pros — Ordering was incredibly efficient and quick. My food was given to me within 5 minutes of ordering — There is a discount for hospital employees, just show them your ID — Wi-Fi and seating — Accepts card Cons — Food was alright but there was an abnormal amount of grease on my burger. Like a solid piece of grease was on it.

The line during lunch is pretty unbearable. It moves quick but it can be really really long. However it’s a decent size and they have plenty of seating. Convenient location next to the hospital. The location is clean and the people who work here are competent. As far as Wendy’s go this location is decent.

EXTREMELYSLOW. Order was inaccurate. Food wasn’t the best. It needs to be renovated, looks very dated. NOWI-FI. How is that possible that a Manhattan location in one of the most up and coming neighborhoods, across from New York Hospital has NOWI-FI?!?

Fast Food: the term given to food that can be prepared and served very quickly [wikipedia] I find it very difficult to find things to complain about at a fast food chain. As we can see from wikipedia’s definition, there really aren’t that many criteria for ‘fast food’. It doesn’t say ‘food that tastes good” or «food that is aesthetically pleasing to the eye». It just says«food that can be prepared and served very quickly». So if you’re a fast food place and it consistently takes 10 – 15 minutes for my food to be ready from the time I ordered, you’ve pretty much failed your sole purpose in this world. Regardless, a baconator and frosty always give me unexplainable pleasure, which is why there are 2 stars and not 1.

I don’t normally eat fast food but those Wendy’s commercials promoting the codfish fillet sandwich clearly worked on me. Since today is Good Friday and I cannot eat meat due to my Catholic guilt I decided to go to Wendy’s. This location is usually pretty crowed but the line moves quickly. I ordered the codfish sandwich and I must say that it was surprisingly good. It appeared to be a real cod fillet just battered, the fish was flaky and flavorful. Wendy’s fries are not too impressive but they are OK. The employees here were not the friendliest but efficient and if you’re a hospital employee you get a 10% discount. I’m not planning on making this a habit, but overall satisfied with this located.

Meh. Not the cleanest. Slow. Cramped check out line. And the manager gave me attitude when I tried to redeem a coupon from a coupon book I bought from their chain!

A Wendy’s is a Wendy’s is a Wendy’s. The food is the same wherever you go. I must say the employees at this location are surprisingly efficient and polite. A far cry from the treatment I’ve received at the nearby McDonald’s. Dip your fries in your Frosty and thank me later.

It’s Wendy’s food which is good for fast food. That being said the service here is abysmal. I get a sandwich with custom toppings and they screw it up every single time. The lines are also pretty long. There are constantly homeless people begging for food and money which is also pretty annoying.

I went into this Wendy’s recently and stood in line forever. When I finally got up to the counter, the manager pointed to the back of the line and told me I needed to place my order back there. I told her there was no one at that register when I walked in, and I noticed the guys in front of me ordered with her and paid her. But she refused to take my order. She just kept calling people from behind me to pay for what they ordered at the first register. Even poeple behind me said«she was definitely here first» but the Manager insisted I move to the back and order form the other register. As I stated, I had already waited in line forever, and I was not going to go to the back of the line and let 10 people in front of me. This Wendy’s will not get any of my $. What a HORRIBLE manager!

Wendy’s is Wendy’s, no matter where you go. They are the only fast-food chain in which I will actually consume ANY of their sandwiches. I think that says a LOT. Their french fries are second to McDonald’s, but a clear winner over Burger King. Their salads are cute and fresh.(Green lettuce? In a salad?! McDonald’s, please take note.) And Frostys? Do I even have to explain? No? Good. Didn’t think so. And this one on Broadway and 165th? I get my miniscule yet fabulous NY-Pres. discount. That’s right. I get to keep that extra 56 cents! *woohoo*

Let’s get this straight: I do NOT eat fast food. No one actually eats it. It’s just consumed. You don’t really chew it all that much, you swallow soda after every bite so you don’t actually taste it. But oh how I prefer the taste of chewed up chicken sandwich, with fries and cheese sauce washed down with a cherry coke. Because this Wendy’s has Cherry Coke. Ok, I’ll say it again: Cherry Coke! It’s like a gold mine!!! Hello!!! Cherry friggin’ Coke!!!

I know I shouldn’t be eating fast food, but it’s hard to resist Wendy’s. Luckily it’s in enough distance where I’m not there daily or even weekly. It seems to be the only one in the area, so it can get pretty packed at times. Open late, which is great for me!

Oh Wendy, you late night temptress, demurely standing there on the corner of 165th, and coyly revealing your hot chili. How I want — no, need, your chili, and those fries, oh yes, those fries. And your nuggets. Heavenly. I could nibble on those all night long. They say I’m making a mistake, what, with you coming from the fast food side of town. You even have all the aesthetic trappings of the stereotypical rundown Washington Heights fast-food. But your service. it’s better than I ever expected. I always expect the bums standing in front of you to offer me a post-meal cig. In the end, I’m there for your chili. you feed my hunger.
