Terrible customer service. I had received a gift certificate which i had misplaced, I found it but they would not honor it even though it was expired by one day. What was the big deal, you have received your money upfront. My issue was, «the manager» was not even trying to make a customer satisfied. Poor business strategy. Well you have lost my business and all of those who I would recommend.

The 10 l-​min massage on the chair is really not bad, the male massager is awesome, he did strong strong massage on my knots on my neck and shoulders, especially I slept on the wrong side the past few days, and he kind of fixed my issue, I felt so relieved now I really don’t feel the pain on my next, and thanks to my bestie darvin who paid and tip for me, but I think he didn’t enjoy as much lol

There is one thing every person should do once in their life and that is to get a massage. Now the three stars I give is based on my experience mainly because the massage did hurt me a little. I’ve usually always got chair massages so this was my first time getting a Swedish massage so it was new to me and I’m not knowledgable on what to expect.
Anyways the place is pretty clean from what I see. You have to ring the door to be let in which I like it feels safer. I agree where I laid my head down was uncomfortable and it was a tad hard for me to breath lol but the massage was good for the most part.
I felt a bit bashful when the lady removed my towel to correct it lol I kind of wish she just asked first because I did feel like it stepped my privacy a bit. Other then that I think it’s worth it for people to try this place out. $ 40 for an hour massage pretty good deal.

The staff were very polite and the place was clean. Our masseuses helped our sore bodies come back to life after a long flight. It’s easy for the staff to get started right away, so make sure to introduce yourself and highlight which areas of the body you need them to focus on. Turned out to be great value for money and we’ll be visiting again.

I’ve came to this place multiple times. Its a standard massage place in Chinatown/​Soho area.
I have mixed feelings about this place in the sense that sometimes its relaxing and great and other times it was not good. I give it three stars because its «clean» and professional. Is it the best massage I have ever gotten? No.
One of the main problems is that in the couples massage room you can hear the front desk person speaking on the phone. You can also hear the outside traffic at some points which makes it a bit difficult to relax. Other than that the staff is very comforting.
I mean its not as five star massage place but for the price your paying can you expect much. 40 dollars and hour its not going to be perfect but compared to other places in the Chinatown area it goes above expectations. The bathroom is small and the shower is not amazingly clean if you plan on getting a scrub which personally I never have because majority of showers are gross.
GO for the Swedish, and deep tissue they are okay, I wouldn’t go for the hot stone because they sometimes leave the room frequently for an extended period of time. At some point when I got massage the masseuses were speaking to each other which got annoying.
The question is will I go back? The answer is yes. They do a standard good massage for the price. They also sometimes rush you out of the room to accommodate the people waiting which is annoying. Its a nice place but just don’t bring company who have high expectations.
The owner is sweet and very accommodating. Sadly there hours are only till 8:30pm 7 days a week.

Don’t go if your looking for a good massage. I place was dirty and smelling. The massage was horrible.

I have to give Water Lily another great review since I’m a regular. I try to come at least every other week. You can not beat the price, as it is such a bargain for the service that you get.
All the employees are super nice & friendly. They will accommodate your needs. If you need more or less pressure, just let them know. Recently, I have recently been enjoying the hot stone massages. I find that it really helps my muscles. I hear it’s great during the winter time. Sometimes I like to do combinations, such as hot stone + foot relexology. They are always running some special so just ask.
I know that many people don’t know how the tipping system works, so l’ll let you know what I generally do based on a 1 hour massage. There is a $ 10 tipping minimum on a 1 hour massage. There is a sign at the desk. When the massage is wonderful, which it always is, I will tip $ 15-​$ 18.
They have a loyal customer program where if you come in 10 times, the next one is free. Inquire within about the stamp card. It’s great! When I get to do my free massage, I will tip $ 20, since the massage itself is free.
Please make sure you tip them well. They are doing physical work & it’s not easy. Imagine being on your feet and massaging people all day constantly.

Tina is amazing. I stumbled upon this place and was not disappointed. Don’t expect fine linens but do expect a kick as massage for a great price. $ 40 for full body+ hot stone + reflexology. YES PLEASE! I will be back.

Was just walking by and my friend and I decided to pop in and get massages. The owner (I assume he’s the owner) was courteous and welcoming. We didn’t have to wait very long. The message rooms were very clean and although a little warm, very relaxing. The massage therapist was great, hit all the right spots with just the right amount of pressure. Was quite an surprising and relaxing hour and would return again.

Few places move me enough to write a review, but today I am touched once again. I simply don’t need all that fluff and spa music to distract me from knowing what a good massage is. Just a clean, relaxing, environment and good talent is harder to find. I had Mei today and walked away feeling connected to my body as she the time needed and worked out all my problem areas on my shoulder (major area of focus), she also discovered other areas that have been secretly zapping energy from me. And boy am I so glad that i found her. She is healing. I am inspired once again and ready to do good work as she has fully reset me. the price for a 1 hour massage has dropped and as I was mentally fighting off of how this must be exploitation of how unbelievably inexpensive it was I just told myself, I would just give a good tip to justify it. Thanks so much.

I’ve been going to Water Lily Spa for years. I absolutely love it there!!! Great deals, you can’t beat the prices for their packages and always great service. Lee, at the front desk is very welcoming in as well. No complaints from me.

Excellent foot massages! The service was friendly and price is cheap. I used to come here a lot and am glad to see that the service remains excellent.

This spa is all about value. If you’re looking for a quality massage at a reasonable price then this is the best you’ll find in Manhattan. I’ve been to most of the places around the neighborhood (I’ve lived here for 9 years) and they are either way too pricy and posh or as cheap but not nearly as good.
Tip: When you go, don’t forget to tip your masseuse well. I try to go once a month, I always tip well and they always give me great service.

Just went for a 60 minute foot massage and it was incredible. I went with a friend and we got a room to ourselves that was very cue and cozy. Can’t wait to go make my next reservation!

Just literally came back from Water Lily and I AM FLOATING. Went for a couple’s massage with my fiancé and we are both very impressed. Granted, we came on an absolutely slow day… it looked like we were the only customers (the FREE parking lot was empty). Still, the ladies who did our massage really got to the knots. Will def be coming back!

no frills massage for only 50 dollars. not too shabby here are some pros and cons
Pros:
* masseuse is really good– great pressure and knows how to take out the knots without breaking off your arm or leg. It was so relaxing– I almost fell asleep
*You get your own room
*pretty clean room and the bathroom is not too bad either
* Free parking right by the store– so you don’t have to worry about street parking/​/​paying
Cons:
*the towel they over you with is pretty short– it doesn’t cover your feet– just up to your calves– and with the AC on I was really cold throughout my massage.
*The hole for you face is uncomfortable– I kept shifting the whole time to adjust my face.
*a timer goes off at the end of the massage. so they will pretty much stop at where they are, they don’t do a full head to toe body massage.
Overall not too bad for a decent priced massage.

As a new mom to a clingy 10 month old, my back is full of knots and tension. I had some time to kill and walked by this place in between appointments. The prices were great ($ 28/​half hour) and I was dying a massage. I walked in around noon on a Thursday, was led to a room, and got a great, strong massage from a small Asian lady (I am a big Asian lady). The rooms were no frills but clean and sanitary. There was traditional, twangy Chinese music piped into the room, a perfect background for the «hurts so good» massage I got. I felt so relaxed, like I de-​aged a couple years. I would love to go back for a foot massage for my plantars fascilitis.
I highly recommend this place!

I really like this place. It’s no frills, efficient and not bad. The guy at the counter’s really nice.
I try and carve out a chunk of time and get the 2 treatments for $ 100 which means two hours of massages!!! YAY!!! I like the deep tissue followed by the sugar scrub. Sometimes the lady gets too close =-X Other than that, it’s a good place to get relatively inexpensive massages in the city =-)
