Lets start with I understand that this is a fast food stule italian joint but by no means is that an excuse for terrible service. Three people online, myself a woman infront of me a person in back. Waited 5 mins for someone to approach us and he goes and takes the order from the last person? Ok. Then he walks away and fails to take my order and the ladies in front. After we finally order the register is all backed up because the two girls at thw register are too busy talking to each other rather than focusing on processing the line. In the meantime a man who looks to be dressed as a manager is too busy getting himself some cheesy bread instead of helping. The food is mediocre. Wont be back for sure

Massenabfertigung. Das Essen ist Mittelklassig und in der unteren Etage hat man das Y Gefühl zwischen Kriminellen zu sitzen. Dementsprechenden «Werkzeug» wird hier auch nicht versteckt.

Villa is a cafeteria style restaurant offering a variety of choices from Italian to subs to ice cream off of times square. Seating is available and it is good for families and kids. Very casual and friendly. The Italian was plentiful and good and I walked out with everyone full and not too large a bill. A good quick stop for about $ 10/​person which is pretty good for the Times Square area.
