Friendly and knowledgeable sales folks who are very willing to let you check out try on some truly amazing timepieces.
Greeted in a friendly fashion at the door and buzzed in. They immediately offered us a glass of sparkling or tap water, and pulled out the 1921 Boutique I was interested in for me to handle and try on (what a looker!).
Low pressure environment and lots of personal, friendly attention.
