I love this boutique and its ambiance. After reading previous reviews, I realized one of the reasons why I love shopping at Etro so much… the diversity of culture in the store itself representing its collection, makes it appealing to anyone who can afford the clothing. I particularly have always received class A service. For any woman, like me, who loves fashion, this should be one of your first stops while walking around Madison Ave.

Wow! I am surprised this store has any bad reviews. First and Foremost I must say this is a beautiful boutique. The service I received was exceptional. Regarding Sara I’s review, it sounds like a racist personal attack to me!

Dropped into the gorgeous boutique this afternoon to try and get a sample of the newest Etro perfume (Rajasthan). I was dressed kind of messy, looked pretty bummy, and expected to be met by a snooty salesperson who would look down on me. Quite the opposite! A very sweet, handsome salesperson searched for a sample of every perfume he could find (even a shower gel), and handed them to me in a lovely, little Etro paisley shopping bag. Such a nice experience! Thank you to whoever that salesperson was. You’re a class act, and a real asset to the Etro brand.

Beautiful boutique carefully and ornately decorated in hardwood, carpeting. Friendly greeters and salespeople. And I absolutely adore the collection.
