I’m not a fan, and I really want to be! I went for brunch. It was not good food. The beer selection is great though. Staff is okay. Looks like they have some local regulars which is good. But, other than that, nothing great about it.

The food was amazing in concept, design, freshness, visually, execution, temperature and cook to perfection. Kudos to the chef/cook on the night of 1÷10÷16. The bartenders were equally precise. I am not sure if it is a regular drink on the menu or just the monthly special but the cinnamon old fashions were amazing! The hostess and staff were friendly and helpful and gave excellent service. I will be back again and telling my friends to give this place a visit.

Below average brunch. Came here for brunch and was not overly impressed with the food. However, the service was great and the bloody mary was solid. Some of the food arrived cold and I did not enjoy the avocado toast. The bread is soaked in honey and it just tasted too sweet – it was not properly balance in my opinion. The open face sandwich was decent but the accompanying sauce had no flavor whatsoever. Overall, although I may not return for brunch, I may come back to watch the game and eat some burgers and wings. For brunch, this should be a 2-star review. And the quality was not reflected in the prices. Plenty of better options in the area.

Food was pretty good but pricey for what we got. The beer selection is okay, but I wish there were more local options instead of big name breweries.

Been here a few times and it’s really growing on me. The hostess was so awesome at being accommodating since we were picky with where to sit during a crowded night. The food is excellent and there’s something for everyone. I actually love it when entrees don’t come with sides. Then you can pick more apps or sides to share! Plus, they always have great beers on tap. The cocktails, however, need some work. Order your usual drink instead. The place can get very busy. The atmosphere is cool, but the seating set up is actually really bad. Looks like the focus was around the bar first. It’s a neat place overall and we’ll definitely be back at less crowded times.

Cucumber vodka is terrible, rip off for $ 13. Burgers & food are good, but not the most filling for a guy. Been here a handful of times. Best parts the atmosphere.

A decent UES neighborhood bar. Pretty fun and bustling on a weekend, good variety of beers on tap. It gets a little rowdy and full of tipsy 20-somethings on the weekends, but overall a fun place to be! I recommend coming here if you’ve tried a few of the more ‘dancy’ places in the neighborhood and didn’t want to wait in line! Tip: grab a table for your group towards the back!

Come here for drinks or dinner– beers on tap always are good. Like their food– have had their tacos, quesadillas, fries etc. overall good spot for a drink or something to eat. Service is slow sometimes but most likely due to the fact that it’s usually pretty busy. Overall good! Brunch was good– surprisingly big menu, drinks can get you tho– adds up. Got the avocado bread which was a bit different, but good. Love their fries and special sauce!

Came here to grab a bite, have some drinks, and watch some basketball. The food is pretty good for the price. I got the short rib special. Came with brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes with some sort of horseradish sauce. Was very quiet tasty for $ 16. My friend got sweet potato fries that I stole that were mediocre. Pros: –price to portion is nice for NYC standards. –the horseradish sauce wasn’t overwhelming but was still made an appearance on the plate. –the short ribs? Aw man. Tender, flavorful, juicy. Very pleased. –decent beer selection for happy hour. Cons: –the sweet potato fries weren’t as crunchy as I had hoped. Also, they were a little bland. –the brussel sprouts were a little salty, but having bacon mixed into them kind of made up for it.(Still salty…) Other: Pros: –just enough tvs to watch local games without having a crazy crowd(my experience there at least –quick and accurate service. Cons: –there is a very long, cafeteria style table in the place, which kind of seems like a waste of space…*personal opinion*(but a cute touch to the décor) Coming back if in the area and wanting to watch a game.

There should be more bars like this. I don’t visit the UES very often, but when I do, I enjoy going to this spot. It’s the perfect beer bar that’s cozy, has a classy feel, and is very clean(unlike most beer bars I’ve been to). The last time I went, there was live music playing acoustic covers. The place was PACKED for being a Wednesday night. I figured since it was happy hour(I went at around 9), that people wanted to get their deals on drinks. Happy hour on Wednesday is usually all night, which is incredible since it’s $ 6 beers and $ 5 well drinks. I kept my G&T flowin all night. I didn’t get a chance to try the food, but I heard it’s amazing. This is the type of place you would go to if you wanted to grab a drink with a friend or go out for dinner. It’s usually pretty crowded in this place on weekends and weekday nights, but there’s a ton of seating. Make sure to tip the bar tenders well for doing such an awesome job on crazy nights, especially Julie the bartender. It’s definitely a UES bar of choice.

To start with let me say that their food is awesome and deserve 5 stars But For a big group of people that I was part of, they got pretty overwhelmed, the waitress made everything we ask for looks as a big deal starting from separate bills … And ending in It was one of my friend B day, we were a party of more of a put 12 people, in our late 20 and early to mid 30s We had a small box of cupcakes celebrating his birthdays All of us ordered multiple rounds of drinks and plates Starters But still they won’t allow us to bring out our cupcakes unless we pay extra $ 20, so inconsiderate, we all live in NY and it is not the first restaurant that any of us take a cake to The waitress was bothered because we were a big group Rolling her eyes every time we requested something and never smiled Nice atmosphere and food but with hiccups

Great spot for a casual drink and meal. This place is a significant upgrade from where Tin Lizzies use to reside. The current management team did a great job of renovating the restaurant to make the space more functional. There is seating near the bar and plenty of more room towards the back, which is useful considering it has become a popular local hangout. The service is friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed. The food and drink menus are very good. There is a quality selection of beers on draught, including two rotational taps to mix things up. The cocktail list is worth checking out — I am a fan of the«Red Hot Olé Fashioned.» It looks like they have also added a couple of «warm libations» to help patrons bear with the approaching winter weather. Their food menu is large with options ranging from starters, salads, burgers, sandwiches, tacos, and sides. I most recently enjoyed the buffalo chicken tacos. I am also interested in trying their brunch menu sometime soon based on positive feedback from others. I recommend stopping by if you find yourself in the neighborhood!

Awesome place for brunch. My friend had the hot coffee burger which he raved about and I had the open faced sandwich which was delicious. Very interesting take on eggs Benedict with a French toast like bread and a slightly different kind of sauce than hollandaise. Also the brunch entrée comes with a mimosa, Bloody Mary, or beer-mosa. I had the bloody and it was fantastic. Delicious and they didn’t skimp on the alc. Will also be returning to have the Gun Hill Void of Light Stout in draught. Great beer selection. Realistically, this place is closer to five stars than four, but it didn’t have that extra wow factor to put it over the top. Still, awesome experience. I will definitely return.

Great atmosphere, good food, good drinks, friendly staff… A nice casual place to grab a drink or two and some appetizers. Highly recommend the Mac & Cheese! Would give five stars, but the tables are oddly close to each other when you are having a meal. Also, the hostess would not sit our party of two at a wide open booth because that was«reserved for parties for four or more.» There was no one else waiting! Oh well, I’ll be back anyway for that Macaroni!

Once again, a place I’ve walked by hundreds of times and took forever to try! I remember when Supply House was«Tin Lizzie» which, no, so I guess I was avoiding it, but it actually is a great spot! My two friends and I stopped in for brunch on a recent Sunday around noon and really enjoyed the beautiful, open space which is not-too-crowded but buzzy with TVs showing various sports events, and a very good brunch menu if I do say so myself. One point to make is that I always want an omelet when I eat brunch(well, not always, but almost always…) and Supply House’s is actually one of the best around. The brunch menu has lots of interesting offerings from huevos rancheros tacos, to a breakfast sandwich, to the sweet stuff(we tried the ricotta fritters also which were great). Best of all, brunch comes with a complimentary drink(mimosa, bloody, etc.) so why not? Service was great and the waitress was friendly and came around often to refill coffee and water(always good). It was really pleasant to be in this beautiful wood-lined space with an industrial vibe(in Yorkville, this is always a pleasant surprise). Overall, Supply House is a great spot for a casual brunch and I will be back!

Nothing crazy super special about this place. Really good for large groups, they have a huge seleciton of beers on tap and the prices are mid range(6 — 10 for a beer). We came at about 4pm on a Saturday and there weren’t more than 10 people. Would recommend as a nice place for a Sat/Sun afternoon, happy hour.

My friend and I decided to eat our way through the Upper East Side over the weekend, so on our second Sunday Brunch stop we decided to try The Supply House. The interior is a really nice combination of rustic and urban, with exposed brick walls, wooden farmhouse tables, and industrial lighting. They had ballgames playing on all the TVs too, which is always a plus for me. It creates a really comfortable, casual setting. The food was amazing. Because this was our second stop, we stuck with side dishes. The bacon brittle sticks(bacon-wrapped bread sticks) were out of this world, as was the raisin bread with raspberry and brie. Hint: try dipping the bacon sticks in their Bloody Marys, which have a nice, spicy kick to them. Such an explosion of flavor! We will definitely be back.

Only had time for a drink but we liked their fruity beers(blood orange) and selection of ciders. The food menu looked interesting so will have to try. 3 stars as can’t rate on food as didn’t try it. Staff were very helpful & friendly also!

4.5 stars. 5 is reserved for the very very best and/or when my judgment has been clouded due to alcohol. Anyway, really wonderful place. Came here on a Sunday night for bites and beers. Walking in, I immediately loved the ambiance. Set up very similar to District Tap House, if for some reason you midtowners are also going out on the UES. Spacious yet friendly/warm — major feng shui points. When there’s exposed brick, you have my vote. Apparently this place is pretty poppin’(do the kids still say that these days?) on weekends, but what place isn’t? On Sunday at 7:30 it was pretty empty, though it filled up closer to 8:30/9(thank the NBA Finals for that). This place is a great Sunday bar though — more relaxed than a lot of the Yorkville bars I’ve been to. They have communal tables in the back — which I don’t always love — but it didn’t feel at all intrusive when another party sat next to us. My elbows were in no danger of collision. Now for the ingestibles. Apparently Google does not recognize this as a word, but it certainly should be. Anyway. Supply House has a great list of beers, and for someone who is still far from becoming a beer aficionado, the descriptions are quite helpful too. I didn’t love any of the beers I tried, but that’s partially because I strayed from my comfort zone(very very dark beers). Considering we also ordered food, lighter beer was probably the way to go anyway. So, FOOD. Tasty, subtly creative takes on typical bar fare. We ordered the chips and guac to start — while it’s hard to screw up guac, it was topped with feta which was a really yummy combo. We stayed with the Mexican theme for the night and ordered the Cajun chicken quesadillas and the beer-braised short rib tacos. The quesadillas were quesadillas. Good, but straightforward. The tacos, though. Let me preface this by saying that I almost never eat red meat. This is partly because I’m health-conscious and partly because I often don’t like the taste. Well, these certainly weren’t healthy by any stretch of the imagination, but they’re completely worth it. They’re topped with chipotle slaw, which is never a bad idea. When in doubt, add chipotle.

One of my favorite neighborhood restaurants. A place to unwind after a rough work day. But not a place I would travel on the subway to eat. The burgers are solid and sizable. The sweet potato fries are good company. Their beer selection is quite nice. I’m particular to the grapefruit beer which they make into a beermosa at brunch. Lately, I have gotten particular about seating as it can really change the vibe. I would avoid sitting in the window on a hot sunny day. I would also avoid the front end of the common table. A rowdy table behind us once made it extremely difficult for waiters and runners to pass by this tight space(it was, however, entertaining to watch the staff politely handle them).
