This place is alright in my book. They have unbeatable drink specials, so you can really drink on the cheap. Unfortunately I think every bro in the upper east side also got that memo, so you’d better be prepared to be teleported back to the college frat house when you enter, especially when it’s more crowded. The food is bar food, nothing more, nothing less.

I love the Stumble Inn! Great local spot for drinks and good bar food. One time my order got misplaced somehow and they comped the meal — really friendly staff.

Stumbled in here after a 5k in Central Park with quite a few folks and they comfortably fit all gazillion of us. Great place for large groups! Space — Restrooms are all the way in the back on your right. Very clean for a bar bathroom, even into the wee hours of the night. Bartender– Quick and efficient. I walked up to the counter, waved my hand, made eye contact, mouthed my drink order, and got a drink in my hand in less than a minute. Gin and tonic — Watered down. Tasted like I was drinking a Sprite. Whiskey ginger — Definitely had a little more kick than the gin and tonic, albeit whiskey is an acquired taste. Beef Fajitas — I haven’t come across bar food that I loved, but these fajitas were decent. Traditional combo of beef strips, caramelized onions, and roasted peppers. Came with soft tortilla shells.

I love this place so much. It’s not even funny. The happy hour and daily specials are enough to keep me happy. The stuffed burgers and their tater tots are what’s happening. Beer pong? All day. It’s really a fun place to spend your time. The bartenders are amazing. I should go back as frequent as I used to because I really love this place. They did get rid of my favorite vodka(grape flavor) but that’s my fault for not ordering it enough. I also met my husband there. We now have a baby. I have to thank them for that since I couldn’t tear myself away from this bar and they went to play beef pong.

I had 9 Budweisers here. Nine. That will ruin anyone. They seemed lighter than Budlight. I put these away relatively quickly(less than 2 hours) and am not a big dude(5’8, 150 lbs), though I can bench more than Erin Posner. I should be tanked. Something is up here…

Great UES bar. There is some kind of drink special everyday and the food is also decent. The bartenders I’ve met are all really cool and nice. Definitely one of my favorite bars in the area.

My first time here and me and my friends had a great time the atmosphere and music were very relaxed and comfortable I would’ve just given it a 3 star review but what made me give it the full 5 was the staff our waitress I(believe her name was Caroline) was super nice and even though it was ridiculously busy she was extremely fast with our drinks and checked on us regularly I would go back just for her then during the middle of the night we had a miscommunication with the security guard who then got the manager and the situation could’ve went really bad but the way the manager handled it and how professional he was just solidified my decision to definitely come back

Great neighborhood bar to watch any major game and play a few rounds of beer pong. Has a young lively crowd most nights. Reminds me of my old college bar. Food is your typical bar fare, but when you’re hungry after rounds of beer pong, you can’t go wrong.

It’s difficult to give a rating to a place that is objectively great, but which I would not visit on my own accord. If you’re missing the good old days of college shenanigans, beer pong, and cheap beer, this is the place for you. Pitchers are very inexpensive, and beer pong is free, provided you buy the beer. Patrons are very friendly and you can always find someone to play you at beer pong. The staff isn’t the greatest, and they’ve had attitudes on multiple occasions. It can get very very loud here, but as long as you keep all of this in mind, you’ll be fine.

Came here for dinner to try the infamous stuffed burgers. It was busy as it’s a Saturday night and there was a big football game on TV. The only downside was the disorganization of getting a table — it’s first come first served. We waited about 10 minutes and got lucky when a table opened up. The service was great — the waitress was very friendly and attentive. The food came out quickly: Plain nachos appetizer: very cheesy, comes with jalapeños on top with sides of salsa and sour cream. Simple and straightforward. The Spicy Stumbler: amazing, amazing choice. It’s a huge burger stuffed with cheddar and jalapeños. I got lettuce, tomato and onions on top and it was pretty messy but delicious. The burger meat is very tender and juicy — almost melts in your mouth. I could barely finish it. Custom burger with american cheese and sautéed onions: It was full of flavor and cooked perfectly for having a filling. You don’t get a choice of how your burger is cooked it just comes medium. The Stuffed Stumbler: Expected the bleu cheese to be melted but it stayed crumbled which was great. It was juicy and delicious.

Between you and me… I secretly love this place. Shh, don’t tell anybody. Loud, lively, drunk patrons cram themselves into The Stumble Inn almost nightly. Walking by, the noises from this establishment conjure up images of frat boys doing keg stands. But me? I’m an adult who is much too sophisticated! I couldn’t pooooooooossssssssssssssssibly like a place like thiiiiis. But I do. Drinks, food, bartenders… Every aspect of this place is great. They offer different drink/food specials every night of the week, which is great because they are busy just as often. Flat screens are positioned throughout, so sports fans, rejoice! It does get a little crowded at times and difficult to find a seat, but the lively atmosphere will probably keep you on your feet most of the time anyway. In conclusion, I love The Stumble Inn! But, shh. Don’t tell anyone.

I don’t really much like coming here for a night out. It gets a little crowded and fratty. However, it’s a good place to come for a casual happy hour and Sunday football. There are different happy hour specials each day of the week– you can look ahead of time on their website. On Sundays, there is half priced beer from 12PM-4AM, and there are a ton of TVs. They also open up the back room for more space/beer pong/flip cup. Fun atmosphere for watching football. I’ve never had the food, but my friends really like the stuffed burgers.

I’ve been out of the college scene far too long to really enjoy this place. There’s beer pong and other various drinking games. The people who come here are nice, and not afraid to strike up a conversation. I probably would not come back, but just because it’s not my thing.

Drunken fratties and sorostitutes usually equal good times, but the crowd here is getting rowdier and rowdier. Think beer pong and puke. Make sure you pay in cash b/c I’ve been over charged, mis-charged and given the wrong credit card back. The ‘bouncers’ were a bit off last night, men wearing tank tops were not allowed in? I’m confused this is a dive bar called ‘stumble inn’. Food here –much to be desired. Nachos might be made in a microwave. Wait staff –not to throw some salt, but this place is always packed and the staff is a bit rough looking — they really need to start employing some out of work actors or models –(cough cough –take a look at the staff at Jones Wood) they could really clean house and switch up the vibe if the staff cared about their appearance. Half the time the people working are partying or just ‘hanging around’ drinking. You have to almost hassle them to get a drink. With all that salt shaking put aside, the drinks are dirt cheap and if you feel like getting a bit tossed for less than the price of a sandwich, this is the place to go. Cheap, cheap, cheap –just pay cash. If you want to remember your name or be served by some hotties head down the street.

Great local pub in the upper east side. On the evenings it gets packed with Sports fans and more importantly Beer Pong is very popular here. Drinks are priced very well for a New York bar. $ 3.50 + tip for a Murphys. Shots can be expensive as I discovered by accident. $ 10 a jägerbomb. Monday nights are $ 1 beer nights, which is excellent value and not something you’d ever find downtown. I haven’t tried the food, but the menu looks good. Definitely a pub I keep coming back to when I’m in the US.

Came with my boyfriend and a friend the other night, first for the happy hour then for the Tuesday special. Yes, we came back twice in one night. Do not judge us. This place is on par with its sibling bars Hair of the Dog, Three Sheets, 13th Step(albeit better than this one), Down the Hatch. It’s a big space although the service could do with a little bit of work. Getting a waitress/bartender’s attention is quite a bit of work. Also after closing my tab the first visit they gave me someone else’s credit card with my receipt, it was a good thing I wasn’t drunk or I might’ve gone home with it. We didn’t try any of the food but it smelled absolutely delicious and the stuffed burgers definitely intrigue me. Later in the night this place can get pretty busy, but nowhere near as crowded as 13th Step, so I won’t complain. Prices are good, especially compared to the prices of some other places on the UES.
