I ordered for delivery a few weeks ago in the morning and a few minutes after placing my order I got an email saying that they had cancelled my ordered. Weird, but no big deal, I ordered from somewhere else. Hours later, at like 4−5ish pm I got a phone call from them asking me why I had cancelled the order. First, they cancelled the order, not me. Second, even if I had, it’s like super weird of them to call about it. I ordered using grubhub where you are allowed to cancel your order if you need to– restaurants don’t call you demanding to know why(especially hours later). Anyway, hen I explained that they were the ones that cancelled my order, not me, they told me to reorder. Like what? It’s nearly 5 pm, why would I now want what I ordered at like 10 am? Did they think that I was like waiting all day, starving, just in case they decided to call me about the order they cancelled? Weird. Like I don’t mind that they cancelled the order if they had a reason, I would have tried again another time. But this phone call was majorly bizarre. I wouldn’t order from them just because of how unhinged they seem.(Maybe I’ll try their other location, it’s supposed to have its stuff together unlike this one)

Nope! Never again. I’ve heard about this brand from finding it in local super markets. I always ordered the Moc & Cheese and would doctor it up a bit when I got home. I found out they delivered to my place of business and was happy when I received my order last week; two moc & cheese’s and the sweet potato burger. Yesterday I ordered again and I have to say I’ve never been as disappointed with a delivery as I was with this. Not even exaggerating. The container of Moc & Cheese when I pulled it out of the bag was oddly wet. When I opened the lid, I was disguised by what was in there. Stale pasta that looked as if it’s been sitting out all day and the smell made me gag. I then pulled out the potato burger and the label that is put across it to keep it together was literally torn as if it was opened. So to go from a great experience where the food was originally in a small cardboard box(plus warm) to cold, already opened AND stale food is something I can’t get past.

I love this place. Yeah, I have had negative experiences with delivery time, but they always make it up to me with free bonus items or comped meals. The Stand and DeLIVER is my favorite juice of all time. Also a big fan of the Mushroom Burger, Bön Bons, Coconut Shake, Tollhouse Nookie… the list goes on. Once you try the food/juice you’ll see what I mean. I’ve had pretty much everything and I’m always impressed. TIP: Order in advance for a later delivery time if you’re nervous about it. It’s worth the wait, guys.

Yummy juices, felt like they just harvest the fruits and put them in a blender! Sometimes it’s good to give the body a cleanse.

I’ve just started a juice cleanse with them, so I cannot write about the product experience but I can write about my experience ordering the damn thing! I bought a LifeBooker voucher and followed the directions on how to order the cleanse. Basically email them the order and they will contact you. After 2 days, 3 emails and countless phone calls to various locations I decided to give up. I called LifeBook to cancel my voucher and issue me a refund. They told me that they’d call the business and let them know I’ve been trying to order the cleanse(talk bout a round around). Long story short, I finally arranged a date/time of my cleanse(mind you these have to be planned based on your work schedule, prior eating arrangements, etc.). The date/time arrives and no cleanse!!! Really??? After all the initial fuss I thought they’d have their act a bit tighter. Anyhows — I ended up contacting someone at the W 50s location and they were super sweet and so helpful. I finally have the cleanse!!! I thought I was supposed to have a calm state of being going into this cleanse but I’m more fed up than anything. Namaste!

I’m totally in love with The Squeeze… And I haven’t even tried the juices. I am here to talk about the food! The raw living pizza is sooo good I dream about it. Also a big fan of the moc n cheese… Kale summer rolls? Yes, please! Everything is always fresh and yummy… Perfect options for those of us who eat healthy but want something extraaa delicious and fulfilling.

I LOVE The Squeeze – both the juices and the food. I usually pick up from the Mercedes Club on W. 54th, but have also been to the truck & used Seamless. My favorite things are the empanadas and the Funyuns! Those Funyuns are ridiculously good. In the past I’ve used Organic Ave. & done the master cleanse. It wasn’t easy. I’ve now done a 3, a 5 and a 10-day«Main Squeeze» and loved it every time. The juices actually taste really good and gave me enough energy that I was still able to work out, go to work and didn’t look like I was going to pass out at any moment. :) I felt great at the end … this is reminding me I need to do another cleanse. They will deliver to the office or the doorman which is really handy. The Squeeze workers are a happy crew and I always end up having a fun time when I pick up. It is definitely my favorite of all the juice brands. I you like yummy juice, good vegan food and funny food names… you will like The Squeeze. P. S. The P, B & J shake is better than any dessert and fills you up for the day!

I’ve had good experiences with picking up juice and food at the food truck. The main line connects you with the Brooklyn location. But if you need to pick up same day, they will contact the Union Square location(food truck) and confirm inventory levels so you don’t go if they don’t have what you want and waste a trip. I love the concept of picking up from the food truck. It’s convenient and so well situated in Union Square. Plenty of subways go to Union Square. The staff I’ve met are very friendly! My go to items: I have a heart on, kale quinoa salad and tollhouse cookies. MMMMMM…

I’m such a creature of habit, I always get the same things; Philly cheesesteak empanada and a Get Your Juices Flowing. They’re both amazeballs. The creativity of the juice names won me over the first day I passed the truck. It gets tough choosing between here and the Waffles & Dinges truck across the way but I think about my favorite juice living up to it’s name to make the decision easier :-)

The food(at least the items I eat) are really delicious and their presentation is pretty good. I love their tollhouse nookie, moc and cheese, sweet potato burger, quinoa pasta with olives and broccoli and their chia seed tapioca pudding. Not in love with their almond joy /truffle thingies and haven’t tried their juices. That being said this place is really expensive and a little bit inconsistent, which is the only reason this isn’t a 4 star review. There have been times when I’ve bought the sweet potato burger, which is supposed to come with olives and lentils, and there have been no olives. Same for the broccoli salad — missing stuff that is listed on the ingredients. Also, I really HATE that they don’t have nutritional information calories for all of their products, more specifically their treats. This is the reason I stopped going there. They have nutritional content for half the stuff but nothing for their tollhouse nookie. Even if it’s not printed on the item, if i ask I should be able to get the calories since they clearly have devoted time/resources to getting some of their items analyzed. This makes me think the items that are missing the nutritional information has way more calories than I should be having. Yep, I can only assume the worst. So, I’ve stopped going altogether. Another pet peeve is that when you call the number and want to find out if an item is in stock before going over to a specific location(i believe they have 4 now) you get one main line and many times the operators at the different locations«can’t be reached». So you have to waste time going there and hoping what you want is available. I did this too many times and wasted a lot of energy — more than I care to mention. Another reason I won’t be going out of my way to return.

The Blueberry Protein smoothie is SOEFFINGDELICIOUS. It’s now kind of obvious to me why they’d open up shop around their juice blends: I kind of wish I’d been there when they were like, «holy eff this stuff is amazing we have to open up a shop.» Not enough protein for serious post-workout but a really decent snack. Still trying to get the leftover stuff out of the bottle.

This place is a perfect example of how to be amazing at customer service(not to mention, how to make amazing, healthy food.) I had ordered a late dinner via seamless to my office, and the delivery guy had some bike issues and was running late. It was past 9pm at this point and I didn’t want to wait. Not only was I offered a full refund, but they agreed to deliver me food with a voucher for lunch the next day. They had great communication, and really turned a slightly annoyed customer into a loyal brand advocate! I got my food today(kale/quinoa salad, sweet potato/white bean burger) and they were both AMAZING. I can’t wait to try the PBJ milk for a snack. I will definitely order from them again :)

Not because the owner continues to plead with me on Unilocal both publicly and privately, but because I have returned since they reopened*, I will toss them an additional star. $ 4.00(Alive Red Pepper Hummus was not bad… staff was infinitely friendlier, and samples abound.) $ 4.00(Almond Joy — what a ripoff, but one of their better items for sure) *they are allegedly there«24−7», yet their POS terminal seems to be down just as frequently

This is a review for the 3-day cleanse(from LivingSocial), not the food truck. TL;DR — some juices are good, but for a cleanse — either wait for another deal with a different cleanse, or bite the bullet and spend the extra money elsewhere. The list of juices that were e-mailed to me before pickup was completely different from what I actually got. The e-mail list included 2 green juices, 2 mixed juices, and a «milk» each day. This was slightly weird, since most cleanses come with 6 juices per day, but the variety of juices sounded awesome so I wasn’t too worried. LOL, JK. You *actually* get 6 juices and 3 boosters per day. However, these juices essentially translate to: 1. Slightly watery green juice 2. Orange juice 3. Pink lemonade(this one was really tasty, by the way) 4. Cucumber water(not awful, but the ingredients so resembled a skin toner that I’m considering pouring the last one on my face) 5. More lemonade. But with less pink and more ginger this time! 6. Spicy apple juice(this one was also tasty and weirdly reminded me of a non-alcoholic Manhattan, but maybe I was just craving a cocktail at this point, and also I was watching Mad Men) Basically, you’re getting 2 glamorized waters and 4 juices. Only one green juice, and NO nut milk — and this doesn’t grind my gears just because I someday hope to hope to have a magical cashew milk fountain. Having a nut or hemp milk in a cleanse is super important, since they are your main source of protein and healthy fats during a cleanse. Plus, you usually drink it at the end of the day, and it keeps you from waking up starving in the morning. Also, the actual juices are very citrus-based — translation: HEARTBURNANDGASTRICSADNESSCITY. When all you’re consuming is acidic juice for three days, your stomach is not gonna have a good time. This is the first cleanse out of five where I’ve felt consistently run-down and hungry the whole time.

$ 5 credit with PayPal. The lady was nice and helped me to try out some of the drinks. The beet-based juice was quite delicious and refreshing, but at $ 9.50, I passed I got both the pink lemonade and the ginger aid. The pink lemonade was way too sweet for my taste. I enjoyed the ginger aid, as it had the right amount of ginger without being too spicy and was not ridiculously sweet like the pink lemonade. It was okay, but I don’t think I’d ever pay for this stuff — there’s better juice out there.

Lets start off with some details first before we start this review. Location for Review: 33 E 17th St, Union Square. The Squeeze Truck. Delivery: No, I walk to the truck and personally order my juice, since I work near it. This review will be about the talented servers when I stop by the truck. Product knowledge is key with this line of work. I’ve been on a health kick for a few months now and I been looking for better ways to eat and drink to keep up my energy with the amount of hours I work in a week(4 Jobs). I work at a store near by the truck and one of my co workers started going there every time he would work. So I figured I give it a go since I’ve been on a good path(Was 280 I’m 227 now). My first experience was with a cute and sweet girl named Brittney. Very friendly and excited to help by answering all my questions with extensive answers. How is the juice made? Whats the difference between this juices and that juices? What will unzombify me? I ended of buying one of the juices and went on my way. The juice was incredible, price… Eh, what can you do? Fresh squeezed juice in NYC that doesn’t taste like shit? I’ll pay the extra buck. With that being said I buy a few more here and there but recently I had another great experience that solidified me as a repeating customer every time I work near the truck. This is when I met Felly, a very elegant and friendly girl that made a strong impression. Once again very friendly(They must be only be hiring happy people) and showed that she cared that I was tried(Worked a tripe the day prior 8am-6pm &8pm-3am). I asked her«I need something to get me up and coffee isn’t working, what should I get?». Felly point out 3 options that would be best for me. After choosing one of the juices she offered to give me a energy shot to get the engine running again. Ever since then I’ve been going back everyday I work. The food may be delicious and the customer service seems good, which it should be when you have to wait six(yes I said that correctly), six hours for delivery only for it never arrive. The manager on duty said he would note my account to double my order next time(eg good customer service). If and when I have another day to kill and I order and this is honored I will update my review but I am just having a hard time getting past this six hour wait right now if you cannot tell! I feel like when you order something and it never comes that kind of counts as bad business. On the plus side they did call to apologize. Thanks for reading.

If I could give this business zero stars, I would. I’ve enjoyed several items from The Squeeze for some time now — the Moc n’ Cheese is a particular favorite. In the past, I’ve purchased their food at Organic Avenue and Liquiteria. Now, they’re on Seamless. Tonight, I placed an order at around 7:20. At around 8:30, the gentleman working the truck(I believe Paul) called and apologized that my food hadn’t arrived yet and told me that they would be sending it out ASAP — and with a free item to make up for the slow delivery time. Now it is 9:45 and my food has never arrived. The truck from which The Squeeze operates is closed for the night. No one answers any of their three phone numbers. So, it looks like they are never going to deliver my food. How can they justify taking $ 26 from me and never delivering my food? It’s rather disgusting and pathetic. With the prices they charge for a simple lemonade and given the fact that they operate from a truck and pay no rent, I would think they could afford more than one delivery person and could get my food to me before they close up shop for the night. I hope the people in the truck or their delivery guy are enjoying my food.

I am ALL about customer service which is where the 2 stars come from. Their products, although pre-pressed, are AMAZING and YUMMY and INVENTIVE(for ny). Their customer service is horrendous. Ordered on seamless the DAYBEFORE to receive breakfast. Never received a confirmation. I called, was notified that their truck had to move blah blah blah(not my problem). If you pre press your juices they should have been ready to go. A little while later the«owner» Brian calls me that he is personally driving them up BUT i have to walk outside to get them. UM, totally defeats the purpose of seamless, and is also very inconvenient because I work in finance and cannot leave whenever I please. Got my order, was excited although annoyed. Get upstairs, open the box and BAM, wrong order. Called him back, had to go allllll the way back downstairs and swap all the while he made creepy remarks about how our encounter were similar to dating. YUCK. Get it together people, it’s not that complex. ANDDD you’re not the only ones in NY.

Overpriced, even with the Amazon deal I purchased. Each of the pressed juices are pre-pressed, so you’re never going to get that fresh on-the-spot pressed juice you can get at other juice bars like Dvida or Liquiteria. And even though BluePrint juices are pre-pressed as well, I just didn’t feel like there were as many nutrients in the juices at the Squeeze. Post consumption, I was still not feeling refreshed or energized. And in an effort to quickly redeem the $ 1 bottle deposit, I poured out a whole juice into an empty 16 oz. Naked Smoothie bottle — it didn’t even fill that! Boo. The one thing I do like about this cart is its location — I can stop by on the way to/from the gym and seems to be strategically parked right in front of Lululemon.(Doh!)
