Completely in love with this shop! Went here with a friend and we spent so much on face masks and scrubs. Love the products. The staff was very welcoming and we got some nice freebies as well. Can’t wait to go back. Soon!

Came here in the afternoon and it was pretty empty. There’s only like 2 employees to help out. None of them approached me but I was fine with it. I got 5 sheet masks and got one free sample. The also had a sale– buy 10 and get 5 extra free. Their customer service is good; they were nice at the check-​out. There’s a loyalty program and you get 10% back or something.

Awesome space, pretty roomy and easy to browse. The staff are friendly, and you get free samples with your purchase.
I didn’t stay long because I was only looking for one specific thing, but I will definitely be coming back in the future.

This is a review for the new location of The Face Shop.
The new location is a definite improvement over the old location. It felt a lot lighter and airier. The space didn’t feel as cramped.
My favourite products from The Face Shop are the hand and body chiffon creams. They smell amazing and the jars are just the perfect size to throw into your handbag. The staff is fairly generous with samples at this location. I only wish that the store priced things differently. I have spotted equivalents of certain products at Nature Republic and they’re noticeably cheaper there. Although, their sheet masks are a fairly good bargain.
