The customer service here is not great. I came in with some items that were given to me as gifts, along with the receipt, and asked if it was possible to exchange them. It would’ve been fine if they just said no — I would have gone on my merry way. Instead, it took three different customer service people an extended period of time to explain the following policy which is really not that complicated and which I will summarize here: returns with receipts must be completed in 45 days or you get the lowest selling price on the item. In my case, the items were bought 45 days ago. Each of my three items rang up as a single dollar a piece even though the receipt showed my gift giver had paid full price. I don’t know why the customer service agents didn’t know the policy from the get go. Ultimately, I decided to give the items to a friend instead of taking the three dollars as it seemed like less of a waste.
