Good friendly service for someone already set to purchase the Droid turbo from Verizon. Braian and Diana walked me through the process despite my iPhone being the most problematic transfer ever. Would definitely return. All the stuff made an effort to make it a comfortable experience.

I walked into this store expecting a kind word or two… and the customer service went above and beyond! They met all my needs, no questions asked. I went in for a portable charger, as I was headed to Governors Ball, alone, with a dead phone, and they saved my day. Great customer service– I would fly back here just to have them help me again!

This review is reference to T-Mobile’s Customer Service in general and not this particular store. I have been a customer with T-Mobile for 10 years… and this is why. They may not have the coolest gear(read: iphone) nor around the world coverage(read: beijing) BUT their customer service is top notch. I’ve only had 2 problems with T-Mobile(my phone wasn’t updating and an issue with a bill) and it was solved efficiently, without any to little wait and with the nicest reps I have ever talked to. It may not be the best product but its definitely the best service and that is HARD to find. Especially with phone companies.
