I had to go to the location and with the reviews I expected horrible service but i didn’t have a choice. I was greeted as soon as I entered the store and was checked in. I waited 5 minutes and a rep got me. Imagine it was Oswald. I was skeptical because of one reviewer issues with him. Well he was absolutely great with me. I don’t know if that day was an off day or what but the service I got from him was top notch. He gave me some suggestion that would save me some money. Sold me an ipad air that I didn’t go in for but I was planning on buying it in the future. He gave me a discount on a case and a screen protector. He linked my plenti account to AT&T(thought it was only a rite aid thing) and walked me through now to switch my data from my old ipad to the new one I just got. I don’t know what happened with the other reviewer but my experience here was wonderful. I will go to this store than the one closer to me because I prefer the better customer service. BTW the manager Manny did come over and ask about my satisfaction not sure if that was because of the bad reviews or not but they have a customer in me.

ZEROSTARS!!! This is the Worst and when I say WORST!!! ABSOLUTEWORSTAT&T store that I have ever been in. My experience at this store has solidified the decision to leave AT&T! I can’t even complain about one person in particular because everyone in the entire store was horrible. I waited over 2 hours for them to «fix» something that should not have happened in the first place which was my phone being reported as lost /stolen. I NEVER did this by the way and my phone was perfectly fine just not working properly. I end up leaving with my phone registered to the wrong sim and no contacts and once again have to call customer service who makes«notes» tells me she has NOIDEA how this happened and tells me to I have to go back to the store! REALLYAT&T? If you don’t know what you are doing ask someone! Don’t just do the wrong thing and create an even bigger problem! This location sucks. AT&T is horrible, especially when dealing with these issues where they make you explain yourself over and over again to take«notes» that they never read! Thanks for extending my problem throough to another day!

STAYAWAY! I wish I can give this location a ZERO! Oswald the sales associate was more concern about the closing time than trying to help me out with a good deal.(That should had been my Que. to leave) I went in to purchase a samsung Note 3 for my brother by adding a new line to our family plan, as well as purchasing an Apple IPad 4128gb. This would sound like good commission right? And you would try to please your costumer right? … WRONG! I wanted to get the two year contract deal, but somehow Oswald convinced me in getting the Next plan for 12 months. I thought it was a great deal no contract for both the Note 3 and iPad. Oswald made it seem that I was saving a lot more money… WRONGAGAIN! You’re really involve in a 20 month contract that you’ll have to pay in order to keep both items. Which means that you’re paying full retail price for the phone. I told him that a new phone # matters to me and I would like to choose my own and he quickly selected one because the store was closing and that was going to take time. Off course I had him change. I had to explain to him that a simple phone # is very much important to me. As for the iPad, I was willing to pay full price but he convince me about the next plan which means that I mandatory have go pay for a minimal data plan of $ 15 a month. In the mist of all the gadgets and plan purchase, I figure maybe he can throw in a couple of case covers and accessories at a discounted rate. WRONG! He called the manager Chris, whom instead of helping me out with a good deal he stated that only Postal Service can get a %50 discount. I stated that sometimes a simple discount of a purchase can make or brake a deal(purchase) and that I’ve been offer 40% discounts before from my city worker plan. Chris the Manager had the nerves to tell me that I came all the way across town to their location because I was making a purchase regardless and smirked when he said that. I told him these are just material items and not necessaries. And I can walk out anytime! He smirked again. Smh Oswald had his head down the whole time because he knew I was boiling after the managers comment. Why I bought the items I don’t know. But I will be returning everything tomorrow. I had gone back to speak to Oswald and he totally disregarded me and was talking to another costumer that came after me thinking he was going to make another deal. He never offered me the accessories in which he had promised and stated that he can not change my next plan to a contract. No help whatsoever, it was a different Oswald. I will never visit that corporate AT&T store again. And I can’t wait to return all of what I purchased. I rather take my time and business elsewhere.
