Style Lend

I was very hesitant to rent clothes, because of some bad experiences at other companies (ie RTR). However, I was more than pleased with the service I experienced at Style Lend.
First, the customer service rep’s will bend over backwards to make sure you are happy. I was stuck in a situation where I needed a last minute dress for a wedding because the tailor had completely ruined my dress that I had planned on wearing (could you believe it)? And I didn’t want to fork up so much money on a designer gown, and couldn’t find any mid range ones I liked. I had contacted Style Lend and they found me the most gorgeous Oscar De La Renta gown ($ 3000 retail!) for $ 150. They had delivered it to me that day as well, because I needed to find something asap. They literally saved me!
The experience was great and I had it for a full week. By the time my week was up, a customer service rep came and picked it up for me when I got home from work. It was super easy. No more worrying about ordering things that won’t arrive on time.
I will definitely be using Style Lend in the future and so happy this service is now in NY!
