Good stuff. The store is neat and the customer service was ok. Everyone seems outraged with it but the people there answered all my questions. They didn’t jumped on me right when I entered the store maybe that’s what people expect. I don’t.

I really love stussy, and I’ve been wearing Stussy my whole my life. However, after visiting this store, their customer service caused to me to not want to purchase Stussy goods anymore. The customer service here was terrible. I have no idea how Stussy Corp allow this store to be run by those ill-​mannered employees. Seriously, they need to hire better people to provide good customer care. I was there at 5:42pm on March 22,2015. I hope this review will bring attention to Stussy New York on Spring St.

Here with my teenager — loved the clothes and vibe. Staff — not so much.
Sales people sitting on the bench — I had to ask them to move so I could sit and wait for my child to make selections.
Register never opened that morning — they had to open so we could pay. Idiotic.
Four staff — no manager — not very competent or professional.

I think Stussy gets worse and worse every time I go. Makes me miss the days when Union NYC had this space. The clothes are still classic Stussy although not much in the way of Stussy Deluxe with some Undefeated pieces sprinkled in. Now if the staff could only act like they weren’t oblivious to my presence… oh well, NYC is full of cool streetwear.

I usually walk into any Stussy store just to browse and never really buy anything unless it really catches my eye. As a former buyer of lots of street wear, I feel obligated to go into a Stussy store just because, even if I have absolutely no intention of buying anything. The store is a typical layout with the typical latest trends from Stussy. I did, however, come across a nice beanie designed by Undefeated for a good price ($ 23). I couldn’t not buy it, given the chilly NYC winter weather and my cold ears. The staff was nice and I like how they had what I wanted in stock.

Stussy is a well known brand with creative designs, simple, but yet eye catching. They are well known for doing collaborations with other designers and companies in which they produce limited edition products. I’m a big fan of there sunglasses and do own a few pairs of them. The store is really clean, well knit and they have a big statues by the artist KAWS in the back that I want to take home.
