Came in to get my breakfast but my sbux app kept shutting down on me. Kenny(cashier) was super patient with me and even took my order first while i juggled with my unresponsive app. He was super friendly and didnt rush me at all. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and got it to finally work. Kenny took great care of me. I must say this is outstanding customer service. Thank you for ur service. Will def come back again.

Maybe they have improved a lot from all the reviews from the summer… I came in today around 9 am and I had no issues at all. Waited about 10 minutes I think from coming in to getting my drink. Drink was made perfect. I saw someone in front of me who had been waiting for a while and asked about his drink and the barista apologized and made his drink asap and upgraded it too. So they accommodate, have good quick service, and the drinks are quality as well!

I work in the building. Their care and attitude brings me back every morning even though we have really nice coffee in the office. And even though there’s usually a lone it moves much faster than even other Starbucks.

I’m pleased with the service. My barista was friendly and I loved my drink. It’s pretty empty now but I can imagine the mess of a crowd they have in the day. The seats are also beautiful

If you looked up «hot mess» in the dictionary, you’d see a picture of this Starbucks. I’m not sure how it’s possible to mess up so many drinks and take over 30 minutes to make a simple iced tea, but they manage to do just that. I’d avoid this place and walk a few blocks to visit another location — avoid this place if you can!

AWFUL… I’ve been a loyal customer to Starbucks for over 8 years even throughout the intense competition out there nowadays. I’m very upset because I walked into Starbucks expecting to get my everyday summer beverage(green tea lemonade) which I never get ice due to my sensitive teeth. When the beverage was given to me it wasn’t even filled up halfway and when I asked the employee why my cup wasn’t filled if I paid the correct price he said«it’s been this way always if you don’t get ice. We had a huge corporate meeting and this is what was told to us». I was very takenback that Starbucks was shortening people on soft drinks because some customers have a preference of «no ice». If that is the case then there should be a lower price point for customers like myself who never drink any soft drink with ice… no other Starbucks has said such thing to me!

Like as if the long lines aren’t bad enough, the barista taking my order lied and said they have no French roast. The walls and shelves are lines with French roast. So when I repeated what she said while looking at the bags and bags of French roast, she changed the story and said well they have it, but she can’t make it. One of the reasons you pay ridiculous prices to have a cup of coffe at Starbucks, is so you can get what you want. And how you want it. This is the worst Starbucks in the city for service.

Best Starbucks downtown and possibly the city! The crew works hard and never stops, no matter the time of day there is always a long line, but they manage to get you in and served within a couple minutes. More amazing is that they seem to remember everyone, by name and what they order and how they like it! I have to give my sincere appreciation to this team, lord knows I am a pain in the rear sometimes but I’m back at least twice a day virtually everyday. Vincent, the manager, runs things like clock work, Daniella has a perpetual smile and a kind word, George, Brian and Sam, to name a few of the team there make my day. Thank you! Henry

At this location, a manager needs to step in when the workers can’t handle the job. I got a barista named M-n — a. She scanned my phone and didn’t give my order to anyone. Starbucks always takes your name — she didn’t. We were waiting and the baristas at the end knew that. They made around 10 drinks and we were still standing there. I asked him where our drinks were and he said, «things like this happen and it’s no big deal.» A manager needs to step in here as in another Starbucks, free drink cards would have been given to customers who received no coffee, were charged and waited so long.

Poor service. Weak and watered down iced tea. The can’t remember an order. When you say this is not what I ordered the roll their eyes and say yes it is. Starbucks has the«barista promise» which says if it’s not right we will redo it. This store will fight you on it.

I love this Starbucks. The best one that I’ve ever been to. The staff are out of this world amazing! They know there regulars drink and name as they come in they truly care about there customers. You can see that they all really love their job and care about making the customer happy.

I like this Starbucks so much better than the one in my lobby. These people work hard and have good attitudes. When i ask for a red eye I actually get what I asked for and no nonsense in and out. The only reason I hit the one in my lobby is a torrential downpour.

On a recent trip to NYC, this is where I’d start my day. Super busy, with a good line, but it moves quickly due to the fast, efficient and friendly staff. Drink was always as ordered and tasty!

My only goal on coming here is to wait on my girlfriend to get off from work. Its a nice small place that the line looks really empty after 6pm. The people here are really nice. buying drink or not, they don’t bother you. I wonder if i bring a pizza in and would they mind. :D Well it’s really quiet place and I somehow think you can actually have a quiet date here if you wanted. they design is really nice and good music adds it all up.

I work across the street and this location is where I get my coffee fix in the AM and PM. Long lines in the morning. But, the line moves quickly. I’d say about a 5 minute wait from the door. Friendly baristas who always get my name correct! If you’re standing in the same long line as me, be a sweetheart and DONOT order something ridiculously complicated, such as a «venti, fat free, two shots of sugar free vanilla shot, double café mocha without whip.» If you do this on a Monday morning, I would most likely choke you… or just sigh REALLY loudly behind you.

Came in after getting tix to the 911 memorial. It was on the weekend, so the line wasn’t too bad. Not much seating, good luck finding a restroom.
