I come here almost every other day for something; coffee, cup, tourists in town and want to get a NYC Starbucks cup, coffee, bagel, pasty, cookie, you name it I’ve had it. It reminds me of home. I know Seattle has a name for «the coffee people», but I think the idea of me going to Starbucks is amazing. When I’m in Seattle I don’t even go into a Starbucks, we have Seattle Best, Tully’s, and many hole in the wall spots. I love my coffee. I also just love the idea of going to Starbucks, I feel like I’m in Seattle :)
The team here is fantastic. They are always making something happen to put a smile on my face. They go over and beyond. Today my staff I worked with were really perfect.

Yes, the line does move quickly at this location… but what good is that if they get your beverage wrong and then they forget to remake it the right way? My Raspberry Mocha was supposed to be made iced instead of hot. Never at any point did I get an apology for making it wrong. Then they made the beverages of the next 5 people behind me but forgot to remake mine. Once they did hand me my Raspberry Mocha, it was with indifference, plus the mocha sauce was too thin. My complaint to Sbux Corporate fell on deaf ears.

I am so glad I read the previous reviews and stopped at this Starbucks to try the Pumpkin Spice Latte. The line looked very long and normally I would be discouraged because of it… but as others say, the line moves so quickly. I waited in line, paid, and got my drink all in 7 minutes!

FASTEST Starbucks I have ever been to. I order pretty much the same thing every time. They know my face I get the classic grilled cheese and a soy chi. There was one girl who was new and a bit slow and screwed up my order and I was there for 10 – 15 minutes which isn’t normal they have me in and out with in 5 minutes even on busy days. I haven’t seen that girl since… I guess she couldn’t keep up with the fast workers.

A rare five-​star review for a Starbucks, but this place deserves it. We went there late this afternoon and all three workers were *very* friendly. The young guy at the register also had a great sense of humor. I complimented the manager and she was really nice.
Somehow I’d never even noticed this Starbucks — despite having walked by there on many occasions — and it’s one of the most attractive Starbucks I’ve ever seen; it’s in an atrium and I really liked the atmosphere.

Pretty spacious Starbucks and a conveniently a midpoint stop if you’re walking to/​from Wall Street and WTC.
Good detour from the crowd and heat (in the summer).

Long line in the morning but it moves quickly. Baristas are pretty nice even when they are moving at lightning speed during rush hour. If your order gets messed up they don’t give you an attitude and quickly make you a new one.

Wow what a spacious location in the lobby of this office building. I mean the plate glass windows must be 15 feet in height. But seats are limited even 2 30 pm in the afternoon.
One thing that’s amazing about Starbucks is the consistency of my drink. The taste is always spot on. Iced Mocha Latte no whipped cream.
Staff was friendly and kind, even though my drink was never made after I payed. I had to ask the barista where my drink was after others were getting theirs and I was still waiting. Poor communication by the staff!

Always has lots of tourists and office workers (being next to the Baguette & Co), but makes for good people-​watching.
Go elsewhere if you’re looking to drink your coffee in peace and relax though

This is a very busy and disorganized Starbucks. Twice my order has been wrong and they are not the friendliest. Also claim not to do refills which is bogus. Only reason I go here is its in my lobby. Meh:(

Let’s be honest: as Starbucks go, this one’s mediocre. If you order anything other than a hot coffee, you’re risking the next ten minutes of your life standing off to the side listening to people who work upstairs gossip with each other about their co-​workers. And the line does not move swiftly at all, contrary to reviews below (not entirely the staff’s fault, as it doesn’t help that there’s often a large number of WTC-​bound foreign tourists struggling with the menu.) Friendly baristas for the most part, but just lacking the efficiency and organization that one usually expects from an assembly line chain.

The line here in the morning is very long… They do try to manage it rather well. But you will wait about 5 minutes or so. Which is not bad considering the line.
The manager here is Sapphira. Pronounced sah-​pira. She is awesome. She remembers almost all her regulars names and drinks. Really good memory considering there are many regulars here.
If she is behind the bar… There is never a line too long. That’s not to take away from the other folks there. It’s just the way I have observed it.
Highly recommended Starbucks
BTW. the photos someone attached to this Starbucks are the one for 195 broadway. Not this one.

Surprisingly quiet for a Starbucks located on Broadway. Or, maybe that’s because I only come on my way to the gym very early in the morning.
If you frequent this spot at 7am, you’re good to go.

This place is conveniently located next to my favorite NYC hotel, but is ALWAYS super crowded with tourists. Fuhgetabout finding a seat or clean table, just grab your cup of joe to go and enjoy the City.

I know, I know, reviewing a Starbucks? Why? I just want to give props to this Starbucks, as the Baristas are probably the best and most organized in the city.
I go here every morning before work and the line is always impossibly long, but, not to fear, you never wait more than a minute or two. They have someone walk the line and take your order over a wireless headset, so by the time you pay, your drink is already made and ready for you to pickup.
Absolute efficient and makes mornings easier.
