The service was good, so I gave it two stars, but the bathroom has to be the nastiest bathroom I have ever been into at a Starbucks ever. Terrible! If they don’t care about that… What makes me think I can trust what they’re serving? I don’t know. Don’t think I’ll b coming back to this one again. Very disappointed by this.

The last time I went to starbucks I had a very bad experienced but its in a different branch. Good thing this branch is way better! Friendly staff, clean & organized. The only thing is the time I went, their bathroom is close. Thanks starbucks for making my cold saturday evening a little warm!

Starbucks is starbucks. Taste is always consistent that is why we always go to a Starbucks for coffee. But this particular branch i like, i love the service! Fast and nice polite friendly crew. Don’t miss this branch!

Second time here. It’s a pretty chill and convenient place. It’s located near NYU campus and just right outside of the West 4 subway station. Surprisingly, there are few people drinking and chilling here. I mean, it’s Black Friday and people are like crazy everywhere. It’s so good to have a refreshment after an exhausting day shopping from midnight, and importantly, you don’t need to wait in line for drinks and seats.

Generally a negative experience here whenever I go. I asked them to blend my drink with ice which they usually do but they sassily told me that it’s not protocol aka they’re too lazy to put some ice in a blender and press on. Weren’t even sincere nor willing to help out customer and just brushed me off. Rude.

Convenient, right next to subway station. Has seating and bathroom. They make the drink orders very fast which is convenient if you are trying to get to work on time.

There was a small line for the bathroom paying and not paying customers, we just got told that if we don’t move the line closer to the wall that she will shit it down and no one can use it I think this is a rude power hungry move because some people were going right to the bathroom And it seemed to annoy them But I thought Starbucks policy was«just say yes» when I worked there for 7 years !!! Wow how horriable

They just got a speedy and impressive makeover. And now they serve Bantam Bagels — yum!

Right outside the subway… Coffee Multi-gender bathroom with a sign. single stall with a lock on the door, but gender-friendly if you’re hip to a person in a skirt or pants on the door. Thanks Starbucks #letmypeoplepee

I used to work nearby, so I was here all the time! The workers are always friendly, no matter when I come in. They really hustle when there is a rush and have a lot of drinks to make. There are limited seating options, but there’s a long counter along the wall across from the register. Not the best place to lounge at, but great for just grabbing a quick drink.

This used to be my daily Starbucks. I worked closeby. Love these guys! They are friendly, efficient and make the drinks well. Its a small store so it fills up quick but don’t be thrown off by the line, it will move fast. Not the greatest location if you wanna stay and get work done, but I’m a grab and go type of girl and this location is everything to me.

It’s smaller than the average starbucks which makes it crowd up quickly. It’s one of the starbucks that I have been coming to for years and have always been treated with dignity. Because it’s near the Washington square park subway you can always be certain there is a homeless bum outside the door asking people for money. It’s close to the IFC which makes it a great meet up before or after a show.

My friend and i popped in for a cup if coffee but the counter person Bliss was so friendly and nice we wound up getting Frappuccino and latte with pastries. She was a great salesperson and made me sure that i would come back. Starbucks i hope you know what kind of an excellent Employee you have here.

I like this starbucks! Its clean and along the way to my job. UNlike the Starbucks chains I go to in NJ, these guys actually prefer to prepare my iced coffee — as in, include milk, sugar/sweetener. The employees are generally really nice, and I definitely agree with a few other Unilocalers here — it goes a loooong way! I enjoy mornings when I run friendly baristas! AND, unlike the Starbucks that I go to in NJ, this one isn’t nestled among condominiums… so there’s no ridiculous line at 7 a.m. when I get there. Score!

It’s a very small starbucks. only a handful of seats and very rarely clean. while the baristas are quick, they aren’t always accurate or friendly with the exception of a few that I’ve known for a while.

Quick and simple, this Starbucks has bench seats to the right of the counter to order and a few tables up front for those who are working and drinking their coffee. Pastries were a bit thin in the afternoon, maybe they restocked after I left. Service was not too fast, but it was simple and straightforward. Reasonably clean counter.

I don’t get understand where these staff get their attitudes from… one of the ladies in particular, and I’m sure we all know who, actually rolled her eyes at me yesterday when I didn’t order as quickly as she would’ve liked. You work in customer service… heck, ANY job that interacts with people is pretty much customer service. I know you hate your job, because we can all TOTALLY tell, but get it together. Also, if I ask for a coffee with soy milk in it, shouldn’t you let me know if the milk is going to be IN my coffee or if not, ON the bar? That wasn’t clear at all to me this morning so I walked to my job, to discover… black coffee. Thanks a lot, Starbucks on 6th ave. When you’re not busy dishing attitude to your customers, you’re busy giving attitude to each other, and making customers uncomfortable while ya’ll bicker is quite frankly, inexcusable. You suck.

Going back down to a 1… someone was helping me with my drink order when another employee stormed up and shouted her name, in turn demanding my name and my drink order to be repeated. The two started bickering and my drink came out wrong, shocker! I’d prefer not to be made uncomfortable when ordering my coffee, and pretty sure my name wasn’t needed as I was the only one in there…

I agree with Evan G. Since I have been behind the counter and had to deal with customers, I know what it’s like to deal with rude customers and no, customers aren’t always right! Anyhoo, whenever I go into a Starbucks and I see a long line, I always expect to wait and not expect my drink to be at the bar as soon as I order it… if I want it to taste proper, I’ll wait and not rush the barista.

I would patronize this particular Starbucks location often to meet friends. This Starbucks usually has a gatekeeper manned by a panhandler. It contains one facility that is mostly inoperable at times. Long lines bears the visible disgruntled employees’ unpleasant presence to serving customers. The line moves an inch by every half hour. Seating is somewhat ample, but do not be surprised as today’s 2012 brutal reality where people fend for themselves to hog seats/tables for an indefinite unruly period of time – selfishly. MEH! This Starbucks conveniently sits in direct path of Greenwich Village West 4th’s A, C, F, and V trains.
