I’m so disappointed. I’ve been a loyal Starbucks fan for years and this is my first time having Starbucks in NYC and the barista OB(from his name tag) was so rude and couldn’t care less when he was taking my boyfriends order in front of me, mine when it was my turn and my friend who was behind me commented the exact same thing when he joined us to wait for our drinks. No smiles, no Hi, how are you, and he kept asking my boyfriend to move out of the way when it was my turn– very rudely. They also ran out of whipped cream when making one of the Java Chip so it looks like a small pile of foam and all the barista said was ‘sorry we ran out of whipped cream’ and just handed the drink to us instead of making a new one that would look better without any whipped cream. And the Java Chip drinks were so diluted and tasteless that my boyfriend had to ask them to give him new ones. My Caramel Frap was good thankfully. If their customer service was just slightly better and they were more sincere– we can even accept the mistakes and forgive the staff.

Small dude with round glasses is very rude. Gave me an attitude for giving him the size of my drink after the drink itself. We all have to deal with our own cr*p, just don’t take it to work or on your customers. And yes, I want my latte grande, that’s how I order it in any other Starbucks. Deal with it. Other than that, it’s a fairly clean spot, although quite small.

The coffee cake, brownie, and cake pops are pretty tasty. Just make sure they heat up the desserts for you!

I would like to speak to a representative in reference to an experience I had at this location.

Since when did Starbucks get so pissy with their bathroom policy? For two years I have given this location lots of my money in lunch break coffees, lattes and sandwiches and today they wouldn’t allow me the passcode on the bathroom after asking politely for it. On top of it, the first cashier I asked told me to wait, made me wait while ringing up 3 customers, and didn’t even have the decency to tell me he wasn’t able to give it to me. I had to ask a barista to be briskly told that even though I bought a sandwich at another location just an hour ago they couldn’t give me the code because I didn’t buy anything at that location. Starbucks could care less about my wallet as it’s a half a drop in the bucket but I’m not patronizing that location anymore. 1 star for rudeness and for treating me like a bum who walked in off the street.

I stop in here a few mornings a week on my way to work. They seem to know almost everyones name and order. They are always nice and friendly.

This is the only Starbucks that i have regularly used. I usually do not like Starbucks, but some how the iced mochas here are just the right amount of chocolatey. The barista’s are attentive and always remember my order. Thus, i like this Starbucks.

I’ve been to many Starbucks this one just isn’t cutting it for me. I’ve been visiting this location for the past 4 weeks and every single time they have made my coffee wrong. I finally said something and it was remade but to my disappointment to was made completely wrong again! Twice in the same day. Now I know how my drink is to taste. I do drink it everyday! I wish they wouldn’t pour the shots to quick. I’ll be moving on to another location near by!

The 2 stars are for the coffee that they serve here because it’s pretty good. But if you’re getting anything else this place sucks. Ordered a breakfast sandwich and the person BEHIND the counter(ok why are you behind the counter???) said he didn’t work there and pointed to the cashier to place an order. After I placed my order I got my coffee promptly but waited to be what seemed unusually long for a sausage n cheese sandwich. Went to the cashier to check it out and whoever was supposed to put the sandwich in the oven did not *___* This store needs a new breed of staffers or think about relocating AND getting new staff!

No reviews? This is not a bad starbucks to drop by, probably no ideal setting to sit but convenient take-away stop, a sharp contrast to Think coffee across the street.

Out of order toilet? Next time I won’t drink 2 beverages! :/Well the staff here is cordial & they make a fine hot cocoa. Weird patrons, as usual. Design of this store is cool, airy, open with glass surround. It somehow seems bigger than usual stores.

It’s a Starbucks pretty much like all the others, with offerings and quality as expected. As a vegan, I only ever get a soy latte, but my companions get a variety of coffees, teas and baked goods, and they report that the stuff is good. The location is a fishbowl to the street and great for people-watching but it also has conversationally semi-private seating arrangements and nice, woody décor. The restroom isn’t limited to customers, and is not constantly maintained but is usually clean enough. The staff are friendly and efficient to all(ladies, gentlemen and ‘those who have yet to decide’). This is a really nice Starbucks to meet friends before or after events at the LGBT Center. And it’s steps away from the 8th Avenue subway.

Very nicely decorated Starbucks. Its on the corner and all glass walls. The chairs are a bit uncomfortable though.

Ok, its Starbucks, who writes reviews for Starbucks. The coffee is, consistent. Though I really love the new interior design of the place, the wood, the more relaxed seating, the layout. Awesome.

The early morning Starbucks team makes their caramel macchiatos with pure, undeniable love!!! However, it takes a lot time to make a beverage made with pure, undeniable love. My case in point, they do a great job making drinks and are pretty friendly but they take a long time! If you’re in a rush or en route to work, don’t come here unless you are sure you have the extra time to wait in line!

I have been too a lot of Starbucks in this city. Yes, and I am not ashamed to say it so there. I will pay $ 4.75 for a nice Grande Iced Latte Mocha or however the barristas say it, gees its so confusing to order a cup of coffee. I want to sound hip and correct, aah fuck it one iced latte with chocolate syrup why cant I say that? Well this is a hidden gem on the West Side of Manhattan, service is fast and reliable. And best of all it is never really crowded. For a fresh cup of coffee and the convenience of not being jostled and standing in a long ass line this has to be one of the best Starbucks in Manhattan.

GTLFTW! I got scolded by someone for visiting the bucks while on vacay. «There are so many cool coffee shops in NYC why were you going to Starbucks?» I needed my GTL fix but of course. Plus NYC is not like LA. In LA I’m always looking for the next best coffee shop with the free WiFi and outlets galore. In NYC, for me, it’s all about the next best meal. I swipe my gold card or use my bucks app to pay and I’m hydrated and happy. The staff here was surprisingly very neighborly. The plush booth seating was comfy and lined with a row of outlets. There is a bathroom at this location so that is a plus. If I lived in NYC, I think this would be my bucks.
