Starbucks

I spilled my green tea latte and it splashed all over the floor. Got on somebody else’s jacket and everything. Staff was really nice about it and mopped it up quickly. THEN they gave me another small citrus green tea latte for free! It wasn’t what I ordered but it was unexpected and awesome. Thanks Starbucks staff. I will buy more of your stuff later.

Nicest Starbucks I have seen huge with communal tables and bar top areas as well as super cute and huge lounge couch. Wish this was my go to place but just stopped in before visiting my father in law at the veterans hospital. Definitely far from my world but when I’m around good place to be.

I normally stop in this Starbucks after the gym. The staff is friendly, and so are the customers. There is never a long line and the drinks come out fast!
Knocking down a star because there it’s small so there are never any seats — not a good Starbucks to study at!

Totally unacceptable customer service. Again I am reminded of why I detest Starbucks and prefer to go to local small businesses. Waited on line for a very long time behind a woman with a giant stroller and was called to the second register. I could not maneuver around the stroller and had to wait for its owner to move it. as I stepped up to place my order the girl behind the register walked away and started a conversation with the barista and left me standing there waiting to order… the guy at the first register sees me standing there and proceeds to take the order of the guy who was BEHIND me in line as I stand there ignored. I say something to him he looks confused though he knows I was on line first and had not placed my order. he tells me he’s just gonna take the guys order then mine. I should have been served first, I was called to the register and ignored. Unacceptable. I took my business elsewhere. Plenty of other places to get a coffee fix in this area.

They are very busy, and they do a good enough job. However, the seating areas could definitely use more cleaning. Also, they should be staffed better. This area is very busy, and the service is just a tad too slow.

Always a wait.

most places in NYC are tiny, but this Starbucks is so nice and spacious. There are outlets all along the sides so if you’re trying to get some work/​studying done, this place is perfect. It has the perfect balance between those Starbucks where people are only there for a grab & go and a place where people go to study. For NYC this Starbucks is great :)

The drinks are fine when they’re made correctly. The place is usually clean and quiet.
But this is the ONLY starbucks in the city where I have had to wait for my drink EVERY SINGLE TIME I go in — even when all I order is coffee. The last time I was in here I waited 15 minutes (I ordered iced coffee and a cookie). That’s ridiculous.
God forbid it’s frappucino happy hour.
After I watched her hand my drink to someone else, I waited a half hour, standing in front of the bar, continually telling the barista what I ordered. She proceeded to clock out and left the bar to someone who was obviously new. How do I know? She made the drink incorrectly (I worked for starbucks a few months back).
I try to stay away from this location if I can help it and if I do go in, I expect to be in there forever.

I went here to buy my brother coffe and he ordered a hazelnut latte and i ordered a caramel latte, we were the only one on line and they made us both hazelnut latte. This was such a careless mistake, what if i was allergic? I could of died. And the next person to order after us got the wrong order also

This Starbucks occupies half of what used to be a Chase Manhattan Bank.
Located near my apartment I rarely visit this location because I forget it exists; as a general rule I also do not like Starbucks coffee. However, the few times I have bought beverages the staff has been friendly, fast, and the drinks were hot and flavorful.
The cappuccino is strong, but remember to request less foam and more coffee otherwise you’ll come away with a ⁶⁰⁄₄₀ split in milk’s favor.

Pretty standard issue Starbucks. It was very clean when I was there. The space feels a bit less cluttered than some other locations, which probably limits seating a little more than they have to, but I liked the feel of it.

Good location, nice space inside, unfortunate customer service. Asked for a passion tea lemonade, they were out of lemonade. Now, I used to work at a Starbucks and this was a common problem. We gave out drink vouchers in these situations, though, because Starbucks prides itself on making sure you get what you want. Then, since they were low on passion tea, I watched as they watered it down which is not customary, and frankly seemed a little sneaky. If I’m paying $ 4 for what is probably actually worth about 10 cents, please do it right!

I generally love Starbucks and was thrilled when this location opened near me. Unfortunately it’s the least professional coffee house environment I’ve ever been in. :(The baristas are snippy with each other and clients, mull around behind the counter talking to each other and ignoring patrons, and most of them are downright unfriendly. It’s sad, too, because I always make it a point to say good morning and learn my baristas names, and when I said «good morning, how are you?» and «thanks have a good one!» to the barista this morning he have me a blank stare as if I had just told him off. I’d rather walk out of the way to a friendly Starbucks where I don’t feel like I’m asking for a huge favor when I order my coffee.
The location, however, is at least clean and spacious, and relatively quiet.

There’s not that many peaceful Starbucks in the city anymore. But I really like this Starbucks because it’s in a less crowded area, and you can study in peace. Nobody bothers you. Nice bathrooms!

There are a few outlets along the wall, underneath the couches for anyone who is looking for a decently sized, clean Starbucks to study in.

This is a new Starbucks location and a welcome addition to the neighborhood. Very cozy inside with a very comfortable long banquette, plus a long farmers table.
The staff couldn’t be nicer. The manager at night is Manny, who puts the customer in customer service. He always greets us like a close friend. Same with the rest of the baristas.
This Starbucks location is spotless and as always, never disappoints on coffee drinks, food and treats.

This place has lots of seating area and great for studying! :)
This is my new go-​to place, next to Pushcart Coffee, for studying now. I don’t need to say anything about the coffee here, so I’ll skip right through it.
2 rectangular tables serve as great study desks, accommodating 2 per desk. Keep in mind these are dlfor the disabled, so be prepared to yield ur seats when they come in the door.
However, don’t be sad!:) There are about 6 or so more round tables, many of them against the booth seats. I personally like those tables, since I can sit on the comfy cushy booth. :)
I have seen a lady bringing in a dog to get her coffee, so feel free to drop by with ur little furry friend!
One more thing, this place is not crowded; hence 2 thumbs up!:)

I actually really like this Starbucks location! It’s never too crowded; there is usually a place to sit, and I actually really like the high communal table.

The baristas here are for the most part friendly and they’ve never screwed up any of my drinks too badly haha. Tons of seating here though it can get packed at times with people from the hospital and Peter Cooper Village.
Major props to the staff here for keeping the bathrooms very clean. Not like most Starbucks bathrooms you see in Manhattan.

Sooooo big. Cavernous. So big they can afford to have a separate Men’s and Woman’s restroom.
Wide, cushioned stools. Ahhh… So pleasing to my behind.
The perfect Study Starbucks. The music isn’t obnoxiously loud and the seating is ample.
The wi-​fi is Google instead of the standard AT&T. It works just the same… just don’t expect your auto-​login to kick in the first time.
