Went to buy my lunch and have some coffee with my 19 y/o daughter. I asked if she could use the restroom. The staff member looked her up & down & said«No». I will spend my money elsewhere

I’m an early riser and usually arrive to Starbucks shortly after they open so my experience is likely to differ greatly from other posters. I think it’s also important to note that Starbucks is part of my daily routine — I’m a pretty big fan of the company and I most definitely have not had all good experiences at every location visited. That said, My experience with this Starbucks location? They met my expectations. Fast and friendly. Zero complaints. Five stars.

One of the worst locations as far as service is concerned. I’ve been here at least 20 times and the service is always rude and slow. Dont even bother ordering food here, because they ALMOSTALWAYS forget to give it to you. Then, when you ask for it, they dont apologize or even look at you. This must be a dumping ground for the franchise’s crappiest employees.

What an awful day to visit this place. The place was nasty unclean drinks on the floor on the coffee stand. I don’t get it the place is fully staffed. Is this emblematic of the demise of this huge conglomerate? The coffee is getting darker, Hotter, and fired to a slow sloppy dark brown tar. Mohammed, the coffee guy on the corner of Thomas and West Broadway , offers a better product for two dollars

I gave 2 stars because this Starbucks doesn’t have a bathroom. And the employees are rude. I asked for caramel Frappuccino no whip cream and they made with whip cream so they made a mistake and instate of making me a new one they basically told ME just take off the whip cream??? What kind of service is that ???

So this was my first time here and I didn’t like it at all it was very crowded for one and its hard to see where the line even starts, they don’t have the sign in a very good place for you to see. I got two drinks a vanilla bean frap and a white mocha frap I asked for caramel inside the cups and the cashier made sure to reiterate my order and how I wanted it specifically to make sure it was what I wanted. I waited for my drinks and when my name was called my cups didn’t have caramel in them like I asked so the guy that made the drinks got an attitude and turned to tell someone else I’m not sure if it was a manager or not but she then caught an attitude as well. So I waited for my drinks again and he was very cheap with the caramel, when I got my drinks the vanilla frap was very good but the other one wasn’t to good at all it tasted watered down and in need of sugar I don’t think I will ever go to this location again.

Came to this Starbucks because it was close to the Whole Foods we had just shopped at and we needed coffee before going home. It was more than 30 minutes before closing and one employee was mopping up and all of the chairs were upside down, so we had nowhere to sit after the coffee was made. . I asked for a decaf regular coffee and they said they didn’t have any, so I said to my wife, «I just won’t get anything, what do you want?» One of the ladies said that she would brew a single cup for me… woohoo, she did her job! She then asked my wife what she wanted and she said a caramel mocha. One of the women continued to clean while the other continued to help other customers in line. We waited nearly 15 minutes, and every other customer was helped and received their coffee before she asked again«What did you order?» The woman even made the drink wrong, but in fear of taking another 30 minutes to receive the correct drink, we ended up leaving and taking the 1 train back to Grand Central. This place is a joke and Starbucks should be ashamed to have it hold their name. Get your act together, Starbucks!

Justin had a nasty attitude. I accidentally spilled my drink and I told him still someone could clean it, and he had the nerve to roll his eyes. When he forgot to put the sweetener in my drink I didn’t roll my eyes at him or have an attitude. However, Katlyin was very nice about it. She apologized although it was my fault and made me a new drink.

This Starbucks is always packed and busy. Orders take forever to come out. I had to wait almost 20 minutes for a butter croissant! I can understand it is a busy location since it is Downtown and there’s schools and offices close by but the other locations near here aren’t that bad. The place isn’t spotless but not dirty either. Space is small not many seats. Sometimes they run out of coffee cream and it takes forever for them to refill. It is what it is. It’s a Starbucks I can’t complain about a cup of coffee but have been to more Starbucks where staff are friendly and greet you the same way every time you walk in.

THEWORST! Service is awful! You will stand around waiting for a long time for your beverage because they either forget or they will look at you like you are from out of this world if you dare to ask them where your drink is. If you really must go to this starbucks do not order any pastries because it will get lost or they will give it to someone eles. Once they take your money they leave you not knowing where to pick up your order. I rather go to the street cart and get a cup of coffee with better service! Terrible!!!
