When I’m being charged over $ 3 for a small latte at any of their locations, there is no need for their restrooms to be as disgusting as this one was. I know there’s a lot of traffic here, but still, no excuse. The food and drink were fine, but the bathroom was not. Come on Starbucks! Be better than this!

It was hot, I was thirsty so I told Hubby I was going into this Starbucks to get a tea lemonade. I would’ve liked to use the bathroom too but there were 2 in line. This Starbucks seems darker than others I’ve been in. As it was 5:30PM, there were no lines. I got a tall peach tea lemonade, $ 3.25 — rather pricey for a tea lemonade which was more ice than lemonade. I should’ve, could’ve had a Snapple for way less. The lemonade was good but given the low volume, I felt jipped. Next time, will have to make sure I ask for less ice.

They had the among the most disgusting restrooms I’ve ever seen. Someone had puked and it was all over the floor. Smelled disgusting and the toilet was also filthy. I told the employee who was mopping the floor behind the counter and she didn’t really say anything…

This Starbucks is by all means nothing fancy, but they are kind, courteous, and they get the job done. Far more better than any Starbucks in Times Square where you cannot even sit down to enjoy a conversation, this Starbucks location offers a nice big table in the center of the store, cushioned seating along the walls, and some high stool seating looking out towards 9th Avenue. The staff here is wonderful and takes the time to know you and even strike up a little chit-chat with you. It’s a perfect stop on my way to work in the morning to get my morning Java!

Last month, 6/25, afternoon rush hour visit. Great, quick service, friendly! In NYC! Funky cocktail tables along the side with lots of chargers plus funky storage shelf for backpacks. Funky communal table in middle. The staff is snap, crackle, pop fast. I snagged a charger table on the side, and coffee-charged for an hour and no one bothered me. Given how much traffic this place gets, it’s surprising the staff is in such a good mood.

Literally the slowest starbucks on the planet. They also stop making frapaccinos at 7:30/8 even though they close at 10. I always walk to another starbucks on my break if at all possible

I’m pretty sure this is a training store. This would be ok if il the store was located in a lower volume area. You can’t put a training store in the hub of the meat packing district. Whenever I go into this location it seems like they either have he highest turnover rate in the company or some other phenomenon. There have been multiple occasions when I’ve gone into this location and have gotten the wrong drink because the person at the register can’t write on the cups properly. Today I ordered one of their breakfast sandwiches and watched as people who were farther in line than me received theirs. I decided to stand there by the register to see if anyone noticed. I work for a company that values customer service and there’s no way in hell a customer would be able to stand around looking for help without someone acknowledging them. I waited about 15 minutes before I decided to give up and ask for my money back. I don’t mean to come off on my high horse since it’s just coffee but this Starbucks location should really consider how they train their employees and where they do it.

We were here on a Sunday around 6pm. The place wasn’t busy at all. There was no line. The staff here are friendly, polite, & the place looks clean. One of us drink Starbucks coffee pretty much everyday & he’s happy with the coffee here.

On a Saturday afternoon with about an average of 8 – 10 people in line only the service received was terrible. The brewed coffee is definitely only mildly warm. When I asked for the milk crafts to be refilled the girl looked at me and turned around and walked away. Another member brought it after they saw I was waiting with the empty container. I had asked for a water with the coffees & instead of getting that with the coffees I was told I was 6th in line with the specialty drink customers. This location will never receive my business again.

This was my first time visiting this Starbucks, and it was outside of peak times, so I can’t give a 5 star review. I can give four stars though because the staff was friendly and pretty efficient. The line of about 7 – 8 customers was sped through, and no drink errors were made. I came here once I realized there was nothing I wanted across the street at the Chelsea Market, and there was nothing to complain about. The tables were taken by WiFi lovers, and there was a neat and orderly line for the bathroom. No homeless people or drunks(which my local Starbucks is known for), and no visible issues. If I’m ever in the area again and I want some coffee, I’d go back.

Worst Starbucks ever. I have been here for 20 minutes and still no coffee. Why is there only one barista? I get that it’s Sunday but there is clearly still a high demand and now I am late for work so thanks for that!

Very friendly staff. Not the greatest at rush hour. Too many customers come in from the Google Office building next door. They do do their best trying to accommodate everyone. It is my FAVORITE Starbucks in NYC. The Manager Erica is so awesome! The staff is friendly and always smiling. I don’t know how they do it cause sometimes I want to smack the people in front of me

Above average Starbucks location — quick, friendly baristas; short ordering lines and clean tables. Surprisingly large number of places to sit given the small shop. However, beware of the length of the restroom line given the closeness to the High Line.

Perhaps since I’m not a coffee aficionado(don’t really drink coffee at all), I’m not privy to how a Starbucks should be, but I have not experienced any of the negative service others have. This is the closest Starbucks to my office, so I come here a few times a month, and have never had a bad service experience, sometimes average, and the last time the guys working were so lively and nice it kind of caught me off guard. I admit I do not order anything fancy usually a Chai , Choc– Banana Smoothie, or a Passion Tea Lemonade(low on ice) so perhaps that is why there’s never been a mess up. But even when I come here and it’s über busy the service is efficient and friendly. It’s your average Starbucks with all the aspects I come to expect from them: ~ long bathroom line ~ free Wi-Fi ~ good amount of seating ~ consistency in product

Love the coffee and the egg white, low fat cheddar, turkey bacon on a whole grain english muffin. Love the coffee — i know i mentioned that already, but seemed worthwhile mentioning again

Came here for the holiday latte specials. It was alright, the drink tasted like nothing but milk, but then again I just prefer pure coffee, so I’m not the right person to judge. For a starbucks, it’s aiite, but for some reason there’s always a massive line of people who want to use the can. Head over to the Apple Store if you need to do your business.

«He’s just not that into you.» As all of the comments previously have stated, they should just close this Starbucks down and turn it into a Charmin Public Bathroom and charge a fee to use it. Wether coming off the high-line, from the Apple Store, or oblivious to the multiple bathrooms in Chelsea Market this place ALWAYS has a queue for the loo. I can only imagine what the bathroom looks like inside. Other than that this is not my usual Starbucks as it’s a little off the path. And if I am going to come this far I might as well go to the tea place inside Chelsea Market. Tons of amazing tea to choose from. Always seems understaffed and I’ve walked right back out when I saw how many people were waiting for drinks. Not a good sign. Staff seems like they are mute, and rarely speak back. The barristas need to learn an order of operations as many times my poor Venti Iced Green tea is left on the back burner for many of the coffee drinks ordered after mine. Only plus is there is usually a fair amount of seating. Some homeless people definitely over stay their welcome here.(that’s not a plus by the way)
