I ordered a mattress here from Reggie. I would not recommend coming back. My building requires insurance to delivery packages. Reggie assured me there would be no problem. I called multiple time to ensure delivery was set up with my building. He assured me that there was no problem and they do this everyday. I needed to set up someone to be in the apartment for the delivery and I came home early from work to take over the time period for the delivery. The delivery guys in the truck called me and asked if I had the paperwork for the insurance. At that point I called Reggie. (the store phone is constantly on busy signal) conveniently he wasn’t there. The truck driver let me talk to sleepys rep and tmr hat person explained to me that it was customary to take 48 hours and the sales rep is aware of that. The truck pulled away and thankfully people in my building volunteered to help me move the bed upstairs. I had to chase down the truck.
The experience was completely unprofessional and I don’t recommend Reggie or that store.
