I’ve never had a better experience dealing with the leasing staff of any rental building. Most of my interactions were with Tony, who has been amazing. My timing and budget has changed several times during the search, and Tony makes me feel completely at ease, regardless of my changing circumstances. The lobby staff is also super professional and the views are insane!

I just signed a lease at Silver Towers. I was dealing with Tony Caputo from the Leasing Office –very nice and professional guy, i strongly recommend that whomever is looking for a lease there, ask for him! As for the building, even though it is a few blocks away from the subway stations(10 min walk from the A-C-E, 13 minute walk from Time Square station, and 10 minutes away from 34st. Hudson Yards station), they offer a free daily shuttle service across town, in the morning and in the evening. As for what made me choose this building, it is the experience at the leasing office, the views, and the pool — one of the best in Manhattan.

My wife and I have lived here for almost a year and half and couldn’t be more pleased! From the very beginning with our tour and signing with Tony Caputo in the leasing office we were very impressed with how kind, hard working, and passionate everyone is at this complex. They really see you as valuable tenants instead of just more money. They have recently gone through a transition of management in the gym and bringing the manager, Brendan, on board has truly made using the amenities a desirable experience. Everything is always clean, there are plenty of events that Joner plans for the residents, and management and the porters are swift to complete any service request that is placed. With four CitiBike racks within walking distance, a shuttle to midtown, and the M42 a block away, you shouldn’t be intimidated that the trains are 4 avenues. It’s right by the Hudson Greenway which is a great escape from the hustle and flow of living in midtown. Last but certainly not least by a long shot are the fabulous doormen and concierges. True gentlemen(and lady, you’re the best Krisitn!) they make us feel safe and have truly become friends of ours. Can’t sing their praises enough!

I’ve been living in the building for about 10 months. After being very hesitant to move in the area as its still very much up and coming, the building has really made everything worth it. I worked with Tony from the leasing office and he was nothing but a pleasure to work with. Super attentive and made time for me last minute to show the same apartment 3 times. I was looking at several buildings and the service I received from the leasing department was far better. Boy, did I make the right choice. Doorman, front desk and maintenance personnel are all great. They always greet you with a smile and there’s a nice handy app to put in any maintenance requests. The gym. It’s become my second home. It’s always very clean and staff is superb. Only downside is that you have to pay extra for the gym(about $ 60 a month) but it replaces a normal gym and has a full size pool. I was very hesitant on moving to this area but I’m not sure how I’m going to leave this building! Luckily, I have some time to figure that out but I have been more than impressed and happy with living here. Oh, for the coffee lovers– there’s a amazing coffee shop«think coffee» right in the building. Big bonus!

From the moment I walked into Silver Towers the energy just felt right. Kaitlyn Doyle, the leasing agent I worked with, was totally on the same page as me. She showed me a few units on various floors of the South Tower, facing various directions(River and City views). Each unit was more breathtaking than the last. I knew I found my new home. I’ve been a resident of Silver Towers for about a month and it has been positively life changing. Richard and Jonathan from the South Tower lobby, as well as Kaitlyn, have become part of the family. Their service and dedication to their residents is unparalleled. The architecture and location of Silver Towers make for a truly one of a kind living experience. It’s like living inside a work of art. I’m proud to be a part of this building. A building that redefines the Manhattan skyline, while paying light homage to Silverstein Properties late gem, the Twin Towers. I feel like I’m a part of history in the making.

I’ve lived here for 2+ years and absolutely love the staff. They have become like family — everyone from the doormen, front desk concierges, engineering crew and maintenance guys to the Resident Relations Manager. Having worked in luxury hotels for 10+ years, I appreciate high levels of service and the team here consistently impresses me with their hospitality.

Nightmare experience today seeing the complex. Was offered up to 2 months free for lease but when asked about 2nd year Tony from Silver Towers suggested a 2 year lease. When I asked the penalty to break the lease I was told it depends… same answer when I asked the price for parking. upon further questioning was told the building is not for me. Small kitchens, old development, rude management and worst of all, non transparent sales process.

We just parked here, but we loved them mostly. Using SpotHero, we scored a solid deal at 50% off for three days. It’s really convenient parking, close to HK and Times Square. It’s valet parking so you just pull in and they take care of it for you. Good deal, and when we left — it wasn’t the usual«wait 20 minutes for your car». We were gone in 5 minutes.

Terrible and unresponsive management. Had to relocate for a job and the management was completely unwilling to budge in what we paid on the lease break. And they made us pay back the amount they had negotiated off of their original list price in the lease break. Very slimy. The building is loud and we had problems with our apartment filling with pot smoke from other floors. The building is too far off the beaten path… really inconvenient even with the buses. The bright side: The desk and door people are great. And the fitness center and pool are great. They’ll sell you on the building using this. The dark side: The management in these buildings are terrible. Specifically if you have to deal with Ian. He doesn’t feel the need to call you back and will basically try to take as much money from you if you have to move or break the lease early. Beware before signing. He made our lives extremely stressful and was really uninterested in working with us. Good luck getting him to call you back or emailing back promptly. You aren’t even close to a priority for him. Another bright side: we don’t have to deal with him or the management there ever again. Good riddance.
