Shake Shack

On m’en avait parlé en me disant que les burgers étaient excellents, j’ai donc décidé de goûter… Et là en allant à Times square, voilà qu’un Shake Shack me fait de l’œil.
La queue sur le trottoir né me décourage pas et je me mets à faire la queue. Ils ont une organisation qui permet de servir rapidement.
Première bouchée et là whaouuuuu… mais c’est plus qu’excellent !!! Un vrai régal: le meilleur burger que j’ai mangé je pense et pourtant Dieu sait que j’en ai mangé beaucoup
Niveau tarif comptez environs 16 $ pour un burger/​frite/​boisson
A coup sûr j’y retournerai avant mon départ de NYC !!

I think the sauce is special than other burgers, tastes good. But, burger is a bit small and so many people there!

I love shake shack in NY. It feels like In and Out. If you’re going to NY, you must try to eat here.

Shake Shack always has yummy juicy tender medium-​well burgers that have the perfect amount of meat (even though I always get two patties – but who’s judging?). I have never had a letdown at any Shake Shack location, always on point and always up to par. Burger is cooked to perfection, sauce is delicious, additives are fresh, locations are clean, employees are always cheerful and the line is always… long. A long line is a happy line here at Shake Shack. You are able to get a menu which is hand delivered to you while you wait outside/​inside and can ask questions ahead of time.
Notes: Always get custard. Always.

This is fourth Shake Shack location that I’ve been to and as usual everything was up to par! Shake Shack has never let me down and this location was not an exception.
The food was great, as it always is. I ordered the Shake Burger which has the secret Shack Sauce and a side of fries. The burger was on point, it was warm, cooked to perfection and was the perfect portion. On to the fries – I don’t know why but I am really addicted to their fries! They’re not oily, or dry, or salty, or bland but rather the perfect medium.
The one negative about this location is that it’s one the small side, and being that Time Square is one avenue over, it can get pretty hectic around rush hour. There are several tables and they lined some of the walls with tables so that you can stand up and eat, which is what I did the first time I ate here (it’s not as bad as it seems). When the line to order gets too long, you actually have to stand in line outside, so it’s good to be aware of this if you plan on going on a really cold day. One good thing about this is that they have workers that come around and offer you a menu so that you know what you want by the time you get inside.

I’ve been waiting for what seems like years to try the fabulousness that is Shake Shack. I’ve heard about Shake Shack on countless shows, read about it in a gazillion articles, and heard personal accounts from friends and family. I saw it on a list of «The Next Burger Superstar Chains» — and that was the end. I had to have it. I had been waiting for this moment forever.
When we stepped out of the subway station at our hotel’s stop, and looked up into the bright morning sky, what did we see directly in front of us? Yes. We saw Shake Shack. Literally right across the street from our hotel. Was it fate?
I waited and waited patiently (was 8:00am too early for a cheeseburger?) until 11:00am and dragged my husband over to the spot. Line out the door and down the street? No worries. It was just proof it must be that good. My husband tried to drag me down… it was cold, we weren’t properly dressed to stand out in the cold… was I going to fall prey to his concern? Absolutely not. I had been waiting.
I didn’t even need to look at the menu, I knew exactly what I was coming for. I took his order and sent him on his way to find a place for us to eat. Shake Shack in Times Square? Good luck.
I placed my order, restraining myself from shrieking with joy. I expressed my excitement to my cashier, who, thankfully kept her laughter at the inexperienced tourist at bay. I went to find my husband, who praise the Lord, had found a place for us to eat.
I held on to that little buzzer for dear life. I watched the minutes tick by. It was almost time. When the vibrations shook through my winter mittens, it sent a chill through my body! It was time.
Our food was served perfectly, exactly how we ordered. Did it look amazing? Yes. I got some ketchup and delivered heaven to my husband.
After taking about three hundred photos of the burger, holding the burger, taking my first bite (yes…I was THAT girl)…I finally tasted the goodness. Was it as I had expected?
It didn’t blow my socks off. It wasn’t heaven on Earth. Was it good? Yes. Would I eat it again? Eh. Were the fries to the burger what angels are to heaven? No. The fries were disappointing. I maybe ate a few at the most.
Could it be that I had put Shake Shack on a pedestal that it didn’t qualify for in the first place? Possibly. But with it always being compared to In N Out, let me just say this: I am glad I live on the West Coast.

I just had the best first Shake Shack experience on 8^th Ave! I was born and raised in NJ, but I don’t go up to NYC often, so while all my friends raved about Shake Shack ten years ago, I had no interest in waiting in long lines the few times that I did find myself on the city. I started commuting to a review class in Midtown a few weeks ago so I’ve been passing this place by on my walk back to Port Authority every night. Tonight I finally decided to try it out with my boyfriend.
Let me tell you, the lines move pretty quickly, so don’t be intimidated by them. The girl who took my order was nice, and the person who gave me my food was super friendly. I asked for a take out bag since I wasn’t sure I’d finish all the food I ordered — I like that the bags come nice and ready with boxes in them and that they have such a nicely stocked take home utensil and condiment area.
I was told that my estimated wait for food was 7 – 8 minutes. I’ve honestly waited longer at McDonalds. It took a few minutes to find a seat, but there was a worker tonight who’s name is David who picked up the trash people left behind and wiped down the table as fast as the previous diners got up! I put my backpack down on the chair and he asked how I was doing, and if I chose to go with a burger or the new chicken sandwich. I said I went with the burger since it was my first visit and that maybe I’d try the chicken next time.
The food was DELICIOUS. I posted a couple pics. Meat was juicy, tender, perfectly medium. I’m happy I chose to get a double instead of a single stack! Black and white shake was really good. I thought the cheese fries looked a little lame, but I was proved wrong. Perfectly crispy, crinkle cut, with yummy cheese.
As I was eating with my boyfriend, David came by again and asked if our food was okay, and I was busy stuffing my face so I smiled with a mouth full of food and nodded. He came by again to clear off our table. When he saw us leaving, he said bye and told us to have a good night, and I thanked him for such great service. I even looked for his manager Alex to say that David was a great server, and Alex was really nice, too, and appreciative of the feedback.
No wonder this place always has a line out the door! Awesome food, great management, great staff. Will be back soon!

Pero qué cosa más rica para ser una cadena… increíble!!! Es rollo McDonalds, que pides en mostrador y luego te sientas, recomendable decidir y que uno se siente mientras otro pide. Tanto hamburguesa como perritos están muy ricos, pero lo que no os puede faltar pedir son las patatas rizadas, es una barbaridad lo ricas que están, y si les pones queso ya…Ñam Ñam. Eso sí, ir con mucha paciencia, porque la cola da la vuelta a la manzana, y además luego es complicado encontrar sitio dentro del local. Relación calidad-​precio muy muy buena.

5 stars because even the though the food was a bit too flavorful for me. The ice tea didn’t have sugar (I think you would have to request/​add it yourself) There is a section for condiments: salt, pepper, straws, forks, spoons, etc. But it was perfect since the blandness of the ice tea helped canceled out the overpowering flavor of cheese fries and the Smoke Shake burger. The prices may be a little over but its not ridiculous. Burger, Fries, and Drink are the must choices on the menu. Even though the Smoke Shack was too spicy for satisfaction (It wasn’t unbearable spicy I just didn’t expect red pepper, I thought they’ll use black pepper) It was just too flavored for me but I was able to add it onto the cheese fries instead! Think about it: Cheese fries with red pepper. Perf.
I was surprised by the line outside and it was a very cold night. But I didn’t know where else to go and it was the only name I recognized. I’ve eaten Shake Shack once but I am not familiar with the menu. But who can go wrong with burger and fries? It was a worth wait and it didn’t even feel that long! They have a wall sized menu, which was perfect for the customers standing in line. An employee would even hand you a menu to look at if you’re no longer able to see the menu and still thinking about what to get. Before I knew it, I was the next one to be served and I knew I had to get Smoke Shack and cheese fries. Of course, a drink on a side is a must. Interestingly, they even serve beer and wine here. So if you’re a burger and fries lover and looking for a little buzz if you’re around Time Square. This is a must go place.
It is CROWDED and it will be loud but there is music so it wasn’t uncomfortable. Their seating is very diverse, some are tables with chairs while there is also wall mounted tables. They even have child chairs available if you happen to have a child with you. Walking area can be a bit cramped but its not claustrophobic kind of cramp. By the way, I can totally see that it gets really crowded at night. If there was a space at the wall mounted table, there was no seating. People were moving the stools everywhere pretty much like musical chairs. If you’re alone it’s especially hard to get a seating. I don’t recommend this place for a big group of friends but do come with a friend. One can hunt/​reserve for seats while the other one orders. I was alone which was very hard, if I’m looking at a space or a stool, they got taken very quickly. An employee tried to look for an available stool for me but at that time, all were taken. I found a spot at the wall mounted table and started to seat standing. But the same associate found a chair for me and I was really grateful! She was such a sweety which really means a lot to stay in customers.
Thank you Shake Shack, despite the large crowd I felt relaxed while eating. I was having a rough night, the dinner I had before coming here turned foul in my mouth. I knew I couldn’t let my night end like that, alone and miserable. My mind was a jumble of emotions but the good food calm me down. Really, this place could be a to go place for broken hearts LOL Walk in broken, come out complete. I am not exaggerating!

This place gets so packed it makes me claustrophobic. But even though it gets super busy the stress doesn’t show on the employees. There’s a person constantly going around to everyone asking if their meal is okay & if they needed anything. You would expect since it gets so crazy the employees would be stressed & mean & I was shocked to see how well they handled themselves.
It may be best to take your food to go if you have the chance because you will be basically fighting for seats. There is absolutely no where to sit & you would have ask people to sit on their table after them.
The first time I tried shake shack was in Vegas & it definitely did not disappoint which was why I wanted to eat here. But the taste is completely different here. The buns are super greasy which made it soggy & less enjoyable. The presentation of the burger was mediocre & extremely messy. It looked nothing like the advertisement. It looked like a McDonald’s cheeseburger. (I had the single shake shack cheeseburger)
The fires were my favorite part of the meal. Something that lived up to the expectation from when I first tried shake shack.

Oh my god. I can finally officially decide: Shake Shack is better than In N Out.
Beware of the line that goes well into the sidewalk outside and the jampacked inside (such a fire hazard haha) but the burgers and the fries are well worth the wait! And you won’t have to wait that long anyway. Line moves really fast cos the counter people are so efficient. The kitchen crew’s also really fast, it’s kind of amazing to watch them prepare the orders hahah. Finding a place to sit/​get settled in inside is another battle so I suggest getting your food to-​go instead. It’s a tourist trap, yeah, especially this branch being in the theater district, but oh my god, Shake Shack, yes.

I really do like Shake Shack, but I have to give this location ³⁄₅ stars because it is just too busy and too hard to find seating since it’s located near Broadway.
We had to wait 40 min to get our food, and compete with all of these sharks to get a table.
Aside from that, the actual food itself is really good. I usually get the Smokeshack, which is a cheeseburger with bacon and roasted red chilies. The burger was juicy and tender, and overall tasted great. However, it was really greasy. The fries are okay, just your normal run-​of-​the-​mill crinkle-​cut fries. But the shakes here are amazing. I got the black and white shake, but I’ve had others, and they’re all good. However, they are a little too rich for my taste, so you might want to share one.
Overall, I’d give the food ⁴⁄₅ stars, but if I had to choose between In-​n-​Out and Shake Shack, I would choose In-​n-​Out because the burgers are of similar quality, and much much cheaper.

I was SO ready to just blast this place. I wanted to blast it, because I’m a cynical, cynical person. And this was just dripping with hipster cool and ALSO close to Times Square? Let’er rip! BUT, the line wasn’t just a touristy thing, it was actually legit.
The milkshake: I mean it IS the Shake shack, right? Not the burger shack, or fries shack… SO, I’ll give the shake it’s due. I got the black and white («look to the cookie») shake… and I’m not going to lie… I THINK THIS WAS LITERALLY THE BEST SHAKE I’VE EVER HAD! Now, please keep in mind, I was starving– I hadn’t eaten all day and had flown across the continent (I can’t pay 8 bucks for a poor excuse for a cheese plate on an aiplane… amirite?). So, take that factor into consideration– but damn, that was a good shake– real ice cream, I mean– top notch quality ice cream… made into a shake.
The burger was fantastic– perfectly cooked, great bun– I got the smoke shack, which had a great and unexpected kick to it. LOVE. Everything you want on a burger: bacon, cheese and some kick in the sauce. But these things didn’t get in the way– nope the beef flavor came through on the burger. Perfect balance.
Crinkle cut fries? WHHHAAAT? My faves– and with the cheese? WHAAAT? Yep, the cheese on the fries was over the top. Great potato flavor and great cheese.
Okay– so why the mark down? Well, it’s solely based on the space. It’s a shack… I get it. But, I think with the demand (it was like 10pm and the place was PACKED on a Monday night)…which again is New York… I get it. The décor inside was actually pretty cool– just not enough room.

This was my first time ever getting shake shack food. It was super busy when I went, but I’m sure given the location, they must always be crowded. The line went fast enough and our orders came out shortly after. From what I could tell the staff was friendly and efficient. Unfortunately we weren’t able to get a table, but we were able to snag a spot at the standing bar at least.
I got the ShackBurger, and for the price and how fast it came out it was really good. The cheese fries were also really great. I think it definitely lives up to the hype of being a great and more upscale fast food joint. I’ll definitely be back to this franchise whenever I need a good quick bite to eat.

Bland meat, buns soaked with grease and nothing really unique about the flavors.
The only thing that was unique was how long the line was for this place and that there were no seats available. However, it was near Times Square, so seemed to be filled with tourists (myself included at the time) looking to jump on the bandwagon. Asking locals about what makes this place so special, and I cannot even get an answer in specifics. Typical response would be, «What?! You never tried Shake Shack? Have to try it as it’s well known. It’s like the In-​N-​Out of NYC.» So, hype… lol
The fries were also basic. I’ll have to try the shakes though. Those looked good.

Marked this place weeks before my travel. It was a busy day and I missed my bus… I got this take out. It is supposed to be a fast food restaurant right? Such a long wait time for both order and pickup.
Any way their signature burger was nice, so was the cheese fries. I couldn’t say how good it was because it turned completely cold by the time I had it.

This is in a busy area, so the prices are going to be high. We knew this going into this place.
Ok, here goes… my son and I, he is 7, ordered:
1 double shake shack burger
1 single burger
1 fry
1 cheese fry
2 large drinks
~ $ 23.00 not too bad.
The burgers were awesome, has a five guys/​wayback burger style. My son «demolished» his burger (that was in his words). fries were good, cheese fries were very good. I even drug the last of my burger through the residue on the bottom of the dish. My arteries seemed like they could use a little extra lube.
Now for the bad part. We were blockheads and headed here at 12:30. Had to basically stand next to a table waiting for people to finish so we could sit. We were lucky enough that we were able to get a seat before our food was ready. People are very respectful, they ask are you waiting for the table, they do not try to snatch it out from under you.
I would probably stop back in if we were in the area and hungry.

A bit pricey for a burger joint, but truly great service and food. A classic example of getting what you pay for. I’m not sure which I enjoyed more — the burger, the fries, or the shake? All were sublime. A+!
Come hungry, and with at least $ 15 – 20 per person.

I love going to Shake Shack whenever I’m in NY. It feels like California’s equivalent to In N Out.
My favorite part of the burger here is the bun. It’s so soft and moist and reminds me of Hawaiian bread. It must have some hint of honey in it.
I’ve tried the Shackburger, Smokeshack, and the Shackstack. All of them are really good!

Some people might say that Shake Shack is the In-​And-​Out of the east coast. I say that Shake Shack is far superior. From their fresh grilled burgers, to their crinkle cut fries, Vitamin Creamsicle shake (so goood), to their fresh squeezed lemonade… There is no comparison. They even have treats for your pups, too. Inclusivity at its finest.
What began as a hot dog cart in Madison Square Park to support the Conversatory’s first art installation has become a «must do» on any New York trip. They call themselves a roadside burger stand, I call them uncomplicated, inexpensive and totally delicious.

Despite the gray and drizzly weather during lunch, the line was long but fast for burger aficionados. Staff kindly distributed menus while we were outside so that by the time we were ready to order, there was no indecision or hesitation.
I had the Shake Burger, a single patty cooked medium, with the usual toppings, including cheese. It was okay and could have been better seasoned. The fries were yummy, crinkle cut, crisp and tender. What stood out was the massive orange creamsicle float. It was sweet, thick and delicious. And I inhaled every single drop, leaving no room for a concrete or frozen custard.
We lucked out. Even though the restaurant was filled, we managed to locate a table to enjoy the meal. There is also a counter the wraps around the perimeter of the restaurant that allows for extra dining space. No matter where you enjoy the meal within the restaurant, expect cozy quarters.

I love Shake Shack. This totally beats in-​n-​out, five guys and all those other popular chains. I know you’re supposed to get the shakes, which is what they’re known for… but we just got the burgers and fries this time. The line was outside the door, however, it moved really quickly and they had staff manning the lines and passing out menus so that you could figure out what you wanted to order before you got to the counter!
We ordered the following:
— ShackBurger: Their buns are so soft and buttery – everything is cooked just right and make sure you add some bacon because they use good quality bacon!
— Cheese Fries: MUST ORDER… I’m not a HUGE fan on cheese fries but these were soooooo good. They should also consider added bacon bits to this. Haha can you tell I like bacon?
This location is busy so it will be hard to find tables. Luckily, by the time our food was ready, we were able to spot a family that was just about done eating and just stood by the table until they left. Staff kept the tables clean and everyone was pretty friendly!

es ging trotz anstehen recht schnell, der Burger ist nicht groß aber schmeckt einfach anders und auch besser, die Fries sind gut und es gibt Senf und Mayonnaise so viel man möchte zu den Fries wir hatten eine
Limonade die sehr gut schmeckte auch der Tee war ok, einziges Manko zu wenig Sitzplätze und Stühle, so dass wir zuerst im Stehen essen mussten

Wow, Shake Sack c’est une explosion de bonheur et tout ça dans un burger copieux, gourmand et tellement délicieux ! A tester absolument si vous né l’avez pas encore fait !!! Je vous recommande le Double Shack Burger, supplément bacon (évidemment), accompagné de Cheese Fries et d’un MilkShake vanille pour l’expérience ultime ! Le ShackDog est aussi plutôt bon et apportera satisfaction aux gros appétits qui n’en auraient pas eu assez ! Le principe de la télécommande vibrante est amusant lorsque l’on né s’y attend pas et permet aussi de reserver une place sans perde son plateau pour autant, chose plutot utile vu le monde qui s’y presse tous les jours ! A manger de toute urgence !

Tout y est bon !!! Les frites, les glaces, les burgers… La preuve j’y suis retournée 3 fois en 8 jours lors de mon voyage à New-​York!

Bcp de monde, quelque soit l heure et difficile de trouver une place assise dans le resto.
Les burgers sont pas mal. Nous avons prit: un cheeseburger (bon), un smoke stack burger (trop pimenté à notre goût), une frite au fromage (sympa), une gde boisson fifty fifty (limonade+ thé): trop fort en thé! Il faut aimer le thé noir!

The Shake Shack est un super endroit pour se restaurer autour de Time Square.
Beaucoup de monde a l’heure du déjeuner, mais très bonne organisation, donc pas beaucoup d’attente…
Le goût des burgers est vraiment excellent.
Il faut compter dans les 12 $ pour un repas.

Die Wartezeiten sind grundsätzlich viel zu lang an diesem Standort! Besser einen anderen Standort aufsuchen wie beispielsweise am World Trade Center, dort steht man nicht ewig an da dieser nicht so überlaufen ist. Der Geschmack ist aber sehr gut und es gibt auch einen vegetarischen Burger.

C’est vraiment très bon, même si il y a une queue cela avance très vite, seul point noir les personnes qui bloquent une table sans manger, mais j’y retournerai

A tester lorsque l’on va à NYC. Il y a énormément de monde mais ils sont très efficaces donc ça avance plutôt vite. L’attente vaut le coup, les burgers sont très bon ainsi que les frites et leur limonade maison !

Muy buenas hamburguesas, tamaño adecuado, buena carne y cocción. Precios dentro de lo esperable para NYC.
Infraestructura nada bien, siempre lleno, no hay donde sentarse, incluso para lograr comer de pie es difícil encontrar espacio.

Wenn ich so drüber nachdenke habe ich eindeutig zu viele Burger in Amerika gegessen… Dieser hier war einer der besten!!! Anfangs dachte ich das der Laden so ein MC Donalds verschnitt sei aber Pustekuchen. Alle Burger werden frisch zubereitet und schmecken total lecker! Auf jeden fall ausprobieren und mit langer Wartezeit rechnen da dieser Laden sehr beliebt ist ;)

Nunca desaponta SS! Adoro o shake burger sempre peço! Tb é mto gostodo o hot dog, mushroom burger e as sobremesas! Escolha o concrete jungle! A limonada tb é muito gostosa! Ahhh não esqueçs do cheese fries!

Le burger est tellement gras que ça vous coule entre les doigts… Mais c’est tellement bon!!! La viande est fantastique, le fromage si coulant, le bacon bien croustillant et le pain… Brioché… Tellement délicieux… Les frites sont très bonnes!

On vous file le menu quand vous faites la queue le temps de patienter, puis une fois la commande passée, vous avez droit a une télécommande qui vivre quand votre plateau est prêt!!!
Sauces a disposition en livre service avec pailles et serviettes, ainsi que de l’eau en fontaine!

Très bon fast-​food. Une des deux grandes chaînes américaines à tester (avec le five guys).
Les hamburgers sont frais tout comme la garniture qui paraît sortir tout droit des caisses du marché ! Les frites sont fines mais bien croustillantes et peuvent être servies avec du fromage fondu. Il n’existe pas de menu tout prêt. Les éléments s’achètent séparément.
Très pratique, une fois la commande passée on vous remet un bipeur qui vibre dès que votre commande prête. Petit bémol: il y a toujours énormément de monde et l’attente peut être longue….

Découverte de ce fast-​food sur les conseils d’un habitué et je n’ai pas été déçu, accueil très sympa, service assez rapide avec système de bip qui nous alerte des que la commande est servie, le double shackburger est très bon ! Après ça reste un fast-​food !
Je le recommande chaudement et admirer le street art à l’angle de W44 ST

Bön les burgers sont inimitables, je les adore.
Ceci dit l’attente est longue pour avoir une table aux heures de pointe, restaurant hyper bruyant. Mieux vaut les prendre à emporter.

Après avoir passé une semaine à NY, bon je n’ai peut être pas fait tous les burgers de la ville non plus, mais je pense que c est l’ENDROIT à né pas manquer si on veut déguster un très très bon burger américain. Pour moi c’est devenu le meilleur burger fastfood que je connaisse !!! Je me suis vraiment régalé ainsi que mes amis (on y est même retourné les jours suivants). Après seul petit bémol, le monde … On fait la queue carrément le long de la rue, et une fois la commande passée, c’est une bataille pour trouver une place. Bonne chance si vous y allez a plusieurs :) mais ça vaut vraiment le détour !

Tombé amoureux du Shake Shack en 2010 lors de ma première visite, j’appréhendais un peu le retour vers un premier amour… Que nenni ! C’est toujours un burger ovni dans le paysage. Le goût unique du pain, du steak et de je né sais quoi sont toujours là, sans oublier les cheese fries qui vous bouchent une artère en 10 minutes.
C’est vrai que c’est un des «repas» les plus gras au monde mais qu’est-ce que ça fait plaisir ! Il y a toujours une queue monstre devant n’importe lequel des shake shack et le prix est indécent pour un burger type «fast-​food» mais n’empêche que ça reste le plus appréciable…
Ils mettent quelle drogue là-​dedans ?

Gute Burger sind in den Staaten ja keine Seltenheit, aber der hier ist herausragend, aber leider auch kein Geheimtip. Daher kann es sein, dass man ewig anstehen muss, daher der Stern Abzug. Man muss auf sein Essen warten und bekommt so einen Vibrations-​Ding das loslegt sobald das Essen fertig ist. Viel besser als McDonalds, was (natürlich) genau gegenüber ist.

Ich fand das Essen grandios! Ich kann mich nicht erinnern, jemals einen so guten Burger gegessen zu haben.
Vor den langen Wartezeiten wurde gewarnt. Wir waren zur Mittagszeit dort und hatten vermutlich Glück — wir haben deutlich länger gebraucht, um uns für das Essen zu entscheiden, als wir in der Schlange standen.
Als Beilage hatten wir die Cheese Fries (super) und als Dessert gab es Concrete Ice Cream mit Pretzel, Schoko, Karamel — einfach genial. Möglichst an diesem Tag nicht auf die Kalorienzufuhr achten, sonst verliert man den Spaß am Essen ;-)

En arrivant à NY, on m’a dit «Tu DOIS aller au Shake Shack, c’est LE meilleur burger de NY».
Ma foi, c’était donc une O-​BLI-​GA-​TION pour moi d’aller le tester.
Après environ 3 heures de marche dans la Big Apple, je l’ai vu, là, dans la rue.
C’était le moment. Y avait l’air d’y avoir un peu de monde devant mais bon, allez partis pour partis, on s’y rend!
Mais plus on arrive devant, plus y a de monde… Ah oui ca fait la queue dehors aussi.
Pour visualiser la queue, on est pas loin du Space Mountain à Eurodisney (vous visualisez?).
Bön… on reste quand même… Au final on attend moins de trente minutes avant de prendre nos commande. Les menus qui ont circulé dans la file d’attente nous ont permis de faire notre choix très vite et d’arriver au guichet prêtes à dégainer notre commande et nos sous.
Je prends un cheeseburger avec des cheese fries (oui, j’aime le cheese).
La le caissier nous remet un boitier en nous disant d’aller nous assoir, le boitier vibrera quand la commande sera prête, magique!
Notre boitier vibre au bout de 5 minutes et je suis pressée de troquer boitier contre plateau :)
Les burgers sont beaux, et ils donnent envie.
Et ils sont pas que beaux… Ils sont aussi délicieux. Pain brioché, viande cuite à la perfection, fromage (mmmh) tout coulant et fondu…
Perfection! Ils en ont ouvert un à Londres et je vais militer pr une ouverture en France. Bön je sais pas ou faut militer, mais j’y arriverai.
En sortant ma pote me dit «On va avoir du mal à retourner au Mcdo, non?»
«C’est qui Mcdo?» :)

Que no te engañen, si vas a NY pruébala y si tienes tiempo repite, es la mejor hamburguesa que he probado.

Malgré la file d’attente pouvant aller jusque dans la rue, le service est assez rapide. C’est bon, mais y’a bien bien mieux a New York.

Para mi, una de las mejores hamburguesas de NYC!!!
Eso si, revisa bien el pedido cuando te lo den, q no falte nada, sobretodo si es para llevar!!!

Je né vais pas me répéter, mon autre avis sur Shake Shack est ici :
Je vais juste remettre l’essentiel selon moi: préférez les burgers (YUMM !) aux hot-​dogs (sans intérêt…)
Sinon ce qui est bien avec celui-​ci c’est qu’il n’est pas trop loin de la 5^th Avenue et qu’il ferme assez tard, du coup si après votre ballade shopping vous n’avez trouvé de quoi manger décemment pour pas trop cher, vous pourriez comme nous finir ici, il y a pire punition !

Unbedingt hingehen! War in meinen Augen der beste Burger in New York und ich habe viele probiert. Die Warteschlange ist zwar krass, aber es lohnt sich. Einen Platz im Lokal zu finden ist aber eher Glückssache.

Réputation qui n’est pas usurpée ! Vraiment de très bons burgers (et frites au fromage !)
Il y a souvent la queue mais au final on passé assez vite, encore faut-​il prendre à emporter !
A noter aussi, le système très original pour prévenir que la commande est prête: une télécommande qui «Shake» ;)
