Really cute little neighborhood ice cream shop. When we first moved to this area a doormen said this place had the best ice cream– so it was our first visited and became a go to spot. My son liked their hard and soft serve ice creams — I like the quality of them too — and they always have a frozen yogurt. They also have a number of toppings to add. The décor is really cute and service is always friendly. A couple little tables inside and a bench or two outside in warmer weather. I don’t know whether it’s new or I just noticed it last night but they have a cooler with specialty ice creams including various wine flavored ice creams and coconut flavors. The Cabernet chocolate — that’s what I took home for our Dessert, and it was very very good! Highly recommend.

Expensive, but its ice cream in NYC so thats to be expected! The thing that I found sets them apart is their awesome selection of wine ice cream as well as other boozy ice cream selections in their freezer! Its an enjoyable option that puts them above their competitors in my opinion.

Two words: SOGOOD. But here are some more words just in case. Amazing creamy ice cream with a huge selection of flavors. Great seasonal flavors as well. They also have yogurt, wine ice cream, and sorbet in the store. Tip: Make sure to get a punch card and eat your way to some free ice cream.

A neighborhood spot that is consistently good. Great variety of flavors. My favorites are brownie ala mode and cookie dough. But even their basic vanilla is amazing. Can’t go wrong!

Yummy ice cream! I’ve had the mint and chip and the cookies and cream. Massive amount of ice cream on a waffle cone or a cup! My husband bought the small scoop ice cream and a malted espresso shake = $ 15. Kinda pricey but they have a frequent buyer card and it’s still the best around the area.

After the horrible customer service at Emack’s and Bolios left a bad taste in my mouth, my friends and I were happy to find this cute place. I had the strawberry lemonade sorbet and it was outstanding — not too sweet and very refreshing. Even had real chunks of strawberries. My friends had cookies and cream and vanilla — both said theirs were amazing as well! Found my new favorite summer dessert place in the neighborhood and I will be back!

YUMMY! Tons of flavors(my favorite is the Treasure Chest– vanilla, M&Ms, caramel, pretzels). Shakes, sundaes, cones, and FroYo. They even have a freezer with«wine» ice cream pints and ice cream sandwiches. Not a lot of seating inside/outside which is kind of a bummer but I should probably be walking off the calories anyway! The frequent buyer card is dangerous. I’m here way too much!

Hard frozen yogurt is so good it should be illegal. There is basically nothing in common with the commonplace froyo, but you’ll be completely convinced it’s time to switch to the«hard» stuff after trying this heavenly concoction. I had the peanut butter chocolate chip… OMGgggghhhhhhhhghg

Yummy ice cream! Tasty Thai Iced Coffee. My girls are big fans of the cake batter and chocolate ice creams. The cones are also very tasty. That being said, the staff seems less than thrilled to be there. An occasional smile would be nice…

Pretty surprised to see Sedutto has such a high rating. I wasn’t impressed by the ice cream — pretty standard flavors and not especially amazing at that. Staff attitude was lackluster — the guy working seemed annoyed to give sample tastes and displayed poor hygiene practices. You shouldn’t go from handling garbage to serving food without washing your hands and there’s something called gloves buddy, and you should be using them without your customers’ reminding you! Glad I didn’t spend my money here.

My new favorite thing to do now is not: staring at puppies in Petco windows, watching a marathon of Orange is the new black, or even obsessively monitoring my email inbox so the dreaded little Inbox(1) never pops up. It’s traipsing down First Avenue with a cone of vanilla caramel pretzel ice cream with most of it dripping down my front, and licking blithely away while toddlers and yuppies alike stare at me with disdain. I also really like strawberry and chocolate peanut butter but my heart belongs to the vanilla with pretzel bits folded inside, so every bite is sweet and crunchy. The counter guys are all very sweet — they’ll let you try different flavors and definitely won’t judge you if you order both a cone and a pint to go. I have it as my summer goal to eat my way across their entire ice cream menu. Rum raisin is next. Better than gelato and froyo.

Stumbling upon Sedutto via ScoutMob(buy a medium, get a kiddie size free voucher), I could not pass up on some afternoon ice cream. Little did I know that this run-down looking convenience store has been restored into a… well… run-down looking ice cream shop. Yet, I will be the first to say that not every fantastic dairy parlor does not need to be hip with a double name and sleek reclaimed wood interior. Here, they sling out ice cream, gelato, and fro-yo, and knock each one out of the park, texture– and flavor-wise. And you enjoy them on 1 of 2 fast-food tables… or if you’re lucky, on a good day, the bench outside. Green tea and rum raisin were my favorites. A little bit of antioxidants with my alcoholic ice cream fostered a good combination. If you are in the Upper East Side, which doesn’t seem to boast much in the way of grub, Sedutto rises to the occasion for all things milk, cream, sugar, and assorted flavorings.

Forget all the 16 Handles of the city. Go to Sedutto and you’ll taste what rich, clean, creamy ice cream and frozen yogurt tastes like. Great selection of hard and soft ice cream and frozen yogurt, very nice staff. And if you buy ten cones or cups, you get one free. We go here once a week, even in the winter.

Love this little ice cream shop! The salted caramel is a favorite, but everything I’ve had is legit! I’m not sure if it is homemade or not, but it sure tastes like it. Ignorance is bliss? They also have wine ice cream, cool soft serve flavors and milkshakes! Highly recommend if you’re in the area.

I don’t care if it’s the middle of winter, ice cream is a year-round treat. They have so many flavors-your typicals i.e. mint chocolate chip, cookie dough; but then they have caramel apple pie, ginger, birthday cake. A small is actually a perfect size and it was nice enough out, even in December, to take it to go!

This ice cream does not compare to emack and bolios. I literally stopped eating it and threw it out.

Soft serve pumpkin ice cream yummy, but a bit on the sweet side for me. There’s quite a number of flavors to choose from, but more of a take away place — not much room to sit. Frequent buyer stamp card available and friendly staff :)

Great ice cream! It’s so nice to have more unusual flavors. The midnight cookie was delicious and chocoloate-y! The mint chip was great, and the Milky Way & Chocolate was another chocolate adventure. There is limited seating and 2 tiny benches outside. The staff was very helpful and efficient. Definitely one of my favorite dessert places on the UES!
