It was just taste of heaven! Love the all kinds of fresh fruits and original tasted sooooooo good! But it’s bothering I have to order from someone. So I only can give three stars.

Pinkberry saves the day, 2pm on a hot Friday NYC afternoon, the UES is a mess with construction everywhere– the sidewalks are as bad as the roads. I like the original flavor, not too many calories, ~ 140 — ‚ it has a nice tart flavor– and is creamy like real yogurt. The location is small– with only 8 or so chairs. The staff is nice– guy and a girl, — they offered everyone who walked in a free sample. I like that all the ingredients are behind the counter– less likely to pick up germs and the like. My daughter loaded hers up with everything, she is a big fan.

I love the frozen yogurt, especially pumpkin. Last week and tonight, the music was so loud I could barely hear what the cashier was saying. I commented both times that it was too loud and I was having trouble hearing… Seems they do too since they got my flavor wrong tonight… If they are catering to teenagers, then fine; the adults can find somewhere else to go. Seriously disappointed in the service and consideration of others.

Situated right next 16 handles, pinkberry has serious competition, but they win out in my book. I used to be loyal to 16 handles because they have more flavors and you get more ice cream for your money, BUT, the quality of froyo at pinkberry is FARSUPERIOR. If you truly love and appreciate froyo like me, then you often go for the original tart flavor. The tart at pinkberry actually tastes like yogurt and is smooth and not too sweet. Even more, their flavors are much tastier and more authentic although there are fewer. The flavors do change according to season. If you value quality over quantity, then go to pinkberry. It’s not that much more expensive because you play a flat fee for unlimited toppings.

TOTALRIPOFF. 16 handles, which is right night door, is WAY better. Pinkberry is seriously overpriced and they short you on the amount of froyo if you order a bowl. Also, the frozen yogurt is average, nothing to brand.

I was disappointed with the service when I was looking for my Pinkberry app to redeem my free birthday yogurt. The staff’s lack of professionalism and chaotic atmosphere left a bad taste in my mouth for the rest of the season.

Good yogurt but awful staff. The cashier rushed us when looking for our free birthday email although there was no line behind us. The music was too loud and we didn’t feel like valued customers.

You do NOT get your money’s worth here– close to robbery. I never want to return to Pinkberry again, which is unfortunate because I do enjoy the taste of their frozen yogurt and love the Mochi toppings they offer. But it only gets two stars in my book because it is such a RIPOFF– way overpriced. I ordered Pinkberry delivery last night. I balked at the $ 10 delivery minimum, but whatever, I was craving it. I ordered two small Pinkberry yogurts with toppings just so I could fulfill the minimum delivery requirement, and my total ended up being almost $ 15 – simply Ludacris when I saw what my $ 15 bought me. Each small yogurt(retailed at almost $ 6 apiece) was filled with probably about 4, okay, maybe 5 bites worth of frozen yogurt(probably actually about 50 cents worth or less of product). Insane!!! FILLUPTHEYOGURTCUP!!! And the toppings, oh, I was given THREE raspberries. Wow. And about 3 or 4 of my toppings were not what I ordered. I could have bought 3 pints of Ben and Jerry’s for $ 15 and had WAYWAY more ice cream than what Pinkberry delivered. A joke. I was angry about it this morning too. My roommate also happened to order Pinkberry last night and she told me the same thing today– that it was a RIPOFF. Oh well. I’m out 15 bucks all so I could have a few bites of frozen yogurt, but LESSONLEARNED. I won’t be back. The loss of money versus what they give you is NOT worth even the strongest craving.

I’ve lived less than 5 blocks away from this place for the last 2 years, so I’m not sure why this was my first time every eating here. I really like ice cream and gelato because of the richness and creamy texture, so I think I’ve always subconsciously snubbed FroYo. After my generous cookies and cream flavored helping topped with mochi and oreo bits, I quickly repented for my years of anti-FroYo snobbery. …And this place delivers!!! Love!

I love everything about Pinkberry — except for the price! Good yogurt, great toppings. The servers are very polite, we come pretty often(usually after I get paid!)

I used to be a Red Mango fan when Pink Berry came along. Now, I cant stand Red Mango and really love Pink Berry. It is a good 10 – 15 min walk from where we live and its one of our(my husband’s and I) favorite thing to do. We take a walk to Pink Berry and order Mango yogurt with toppings and walk back while we enjoy it. They have decent toppings options and nice flavors too. Do check it out, its totally worth it. Although some people say that its pricey, but i find it very reasonable.

Love the frozen yogurt trend just wished it wasn’t so pricey. Loving the new salted caramel, worth the long walk to the nearest location. I can never seem to get the pick up option to work from my computer though. If you are going to offer it, at least make it user friendly.
