I’ve been coming here for a while now. The service varies from person to person. The last few experiences have been getting worse. Poorly made pedicure, BEWAREOFBUTCHEDCUTICLES! They pushed and cut mine so hard I felt like I was being attacked. Gel manicure is not made with precision, like you would expect from a professional. After I had my service done they always asked for«CASHTIPSONLY.» I proceeded to pay with my card and gave her $ 5 tip as it was the only cash on me and after that horrible service I was not going to go out of my way to give her more. ANDTHISISTHEBESTPART: «TIPIS15−20%» SHEHADTHENERVETOCOMPLAINANDASKMEFORMOREMONEY!!! I usually give more than 20%, but it is when it is due, like with a great service! I don’t recommend it.

Do not get a gel manicure here. For gel to last, you can not do a sloppy paint job. After asking her to fix where the polish would clearly pop up, she just cut skin and made me bleed. I spend extra money for gel because it lasts. I guarantee I’ll be paying for gel again in a few days because it won’t last.

A little confusing because it used to be called Elegant Touch Nails but this place is a hidden gem on 32nd street. It’s a tad hard to find but you can spot it by the big sign on the street that says $ 25.99 manicure + pedicure. Very friendly service, especially for a nail salon in NYC… Pretty comprehensive colour selection and great prices! Not enough people come here because the place doesn’t show up most of the times I search for«nail salons» but I’m glad I found this place by my apartment!

not sure if this is even the name but I came here after seeing the reviews and it was packed house during lunch. I had to wait 15 minutes on a empty pedicure chair before someone came to do my nails. Sandy was the nail technician and she was really friendly but her unfortunately she can’t paint for sh*t. There was nail polish all over my skin! of course I had to pick red polish and it was the worst. I didn’t want her to redo it because it would take too long and it’s my lunch hour. She wear glasses, how do you still mess up the polish? I think she even might be the manager/owner? Not sure. My manicure on the other hand was a bit better but not so much. The 2 stars are for price and convenience but next time I’ll ask for another nail technician.

Great spot! They did a beautiful job on my french manicure. They gave me four coats, so unfortunately I had to get my nails redone at another spot. The nail technician was very patient and knew exactly what color I wanted. Will definitely come back again.

i’d been to this salon twice before my most recent visit. they were uneventful, the manicures were good and lasted a decent amount of time. however this last time they were rude and rushed me to pick a color, then talked about me(yes i can understand you!). the pedi and mani are not good, there’s polish on my skin. i asked her to correct an air bubble on my nail and she just plopped more top coat on it, which didn’t fix the problem and really messed the nail up on the dryer. i won’t be coming back.

$ 52 dollars got me a gel manicure and regular pedicure, which included an INCREDIBLE short shoulder massage while my nails finished drying. Karen was amazing and did both– wonderful about checking in to make sure I was okay with the water temperature for the pedicure, the length of my nails before she started painting, double-checking the number of the nail polish I chose for the gel, etc. She was a perfectionist with my fingernails– this might be the best gel manicure I’ve ever gotten. Even though they closed while Karen was in the middle of my manicure, they didn’t rush me out and continued to provide great service. Bring cash for your tip! I’ve been searching for«my» nail place since I got here and have found it!

This nail place is… fine. If you’re in a pinch running to a train the day before a wedding you’re in(as I obviously was), it’s acceptable. Everyone is polite and kind enough. The place was completely empty when I was there, I was the only customer. The five other nail technicians alternately stared at me or FaceTimed. Fine, whatever. The manicure was okay. Honestly, I could have probably done just as good of a job and I’m really not good at doing my nails. For so many other salons in the city also charging $ 10 a manicure, they could do better. I had to ask her to remove extra polish on my finger, cut my cuticle that was hanging off my thumb, etc. 5 minutes after leaving, the polish was all bubbly on my nails. Sorry to whoever gave the 5 stars and thus encouraged me to come here — maybe it was a different person? I won’t be back.

Great service! My gel manicure came out perfect and my pedicure/foot massage was amazing.
