Unfortunately, the service has become ridiculously subpar here. Deliveries take upwards of an hour for simple orders within just a few blocks of the restaurant. Most recently I’ve waited over an hour and a half and my food has yet to arrive. There are often times when items on the menu are not available and the restaurant will take the liberty of substituting it for a different item without any notification (or after notifying you after waiting an hour for food). I will not order from them again.

DISGUSTING! I seriously don’t know how these other reviews have 5 stars. Ordered a delivery through StubHub the other day and what a disappointment. We ordered their famous «croquetas de pollo», four to be exact, two bolas de yucca, and two cheese pastelitos. Honestly, the only edible things were the pastelitos. We managed to get the yucca balls down after drowning them in ketchup. The croquetas were really nasty, I wish I would’ve taken a picture. They advertise them as being filled with chicken, but all it had was a sloppy wet wheat mixture that made me barf. We ended up throwing all 4 croquetas in the trash, about $ 5⁄6 dollars. They also took about an hr to deliver, despite the fact that I’m located 3 blocks away from the location, which I’m just noticing now.
I’m not sure if we caught them in a bad day but I sure won’t be ordering from here ever again. If anything, just come in person so you can know what you’re getting!

Great chips and salsa, tasty Rellenos. There’s no seating, but this is great for takeout in Washington Heights. Its a block away from the 1 subway stop on 181 street.
