they do an alright job on nails, but DONOT get eyelash extensions. They use the wrong glue. It was painful and I was crying throughout the entire process REALTEARS, and then had to pay $ 60 for lashes that fell out in 2 days.

If I could I would give 0 stars. I went here to get my nails done because my favorite place ever around the corner was over booked and I only had that exact time slot to get them done before my wedding pictures… Anyways to make a long story short I paid $ 102.00 for a full set with gel… First the lady was late to work, then she took OVER2 hours to do my nails and on top of it for the glue all over the tips of my fingers so my skin was ripping off as she was trying to get it unstuck and third it only last 2 days!!! I am so upset. I wouldn’t suggest anyone go here to get your nails done ever!!! There’s a great place around the corner called Yo Yo Spa. Go there. Do not pay these crazy prices for such a shitty job.

BLUF: Come here for the reflexology. Mani/pedi is very standard, however their nail polish SUCKS. I’ve been here twice. Once for a pedicure and foot message(reflexology) and the the second time for a mani/pedi & foot massage. This is legit the ONLY place I’ve been where I’ve gotten a foot massage and it’s like they know my trouble spots. Both massages I’ve gotten here were by two different ladies and I felt myself melting into the chair each time. It was soooo good. The staff has been fairly neutral to me and others customers when I’ve been… They weren’t noticeably nice or noticeably mean/rude… If that makes ANY sense. Just neutral. The mani/pedi is very standard. No bells and whistles. They do a decent job, it’s not rushed, but occasionally you have to provide a bit of guidance(e.g. I had to ask the tech to even my nails with clippers instead of lightly filing them — I feel like this should be a given, or at least something they ask. Who wants to walk around with their nails 10 diff lengths?!). Overall they do a good job of cleaning up your hands/feet and the polishing is neat… But… Their nail polish SUCKS. My first pedicure, the polish rubbed off/faded in 2 days. I’ve NEVER had that happen to my toes. Usually polish on my toes stays out until my next pedi. I was shocked. This time(I got my nails done last night). I sat under their dryers(which suck) for like 20 mins. Thought my nails were dry, Went to put a shoe on and one smudged like crazy! They«doctored» it up, but it still looked fairly crazy. I wanted to ask them to redo it but I was impatient. Needless to say. 2 hours later they still weren’t fully dry, and I woke up this morning with small chips/smudges on 3 nails. Bummer. I’ll def go back for a foot massage. Mani/pedi? Probably only in a pinch.

I’ve been here a few times because they had a great deal-$ 20 for a gel manicure. Today I went and they charged me $ 30 for the same gel manicure that I have always gotten in the past. When I confronted the manager and referred her to the pricing board which said $ 20 gel manicure she said, that was only for clear gel and that color gel was $ 30(funny how that was not stated on the price board). Needless to say I will not be back!

My nail polish chipped and cracked by the third day… total.bummer. I am in Real Estate and cannot walk around with cruddy nails. :(It is a beautiful pink color but I will not go here again for a manicure. The chair massage & reflexology leg/foot massage was A-1! I loved how she made my feet more pain free than acupuncture & Derek REEEAAALLLY knew my troubled areas, he even gave me a few extra minutes for free. They were all wonderfully nice and enjoyable people I am just disappointed in my polish cracking & chipping. *1 tear*

Ok so I passed by on Sunday n decided to get a 20 mins foot massage. The price is the same as any other places which is $ 25. I have been to some places that are $ 20 though. So I have doubts. I don’t know how clean this is but I doubt it is. The guy who gave me a foot massage BURPed every single 2 seconds. So for that magical number 2, im giving it 2 stars if not just 1

I stopped in on a crisp March day and was received with warmth and friendliness. Fanny was my technician and she was very thorough. She did a fantastic job. Kevin offered me a massage and it was SODAMNGOOD I begged for ten more minutes. It’s nice to find a place that does great work for a reasonable price. A standard manicure-pedicure is $ 24.99. A 20-minute massage is $ 25.00. And worth it. I have visited Relax Nail Spa before and was pleased then… they are under new management now. I definitely recommend this little gem of a place, and will be returning.
