Some of the best croissants I’ve ever had(including from my time living in France). They are also curtsies, fast, and really nice. Sometimes give me free items so the customer service is really superior than other places nickel and diming you.

I love Pret, so I came here intending to spend the day eating, working(I’m a freelancer) and having friends meet me later. Would’ve given them plenty of business. But user Mary(below) is right. The wifi doesn’t work. I’ve only spotted one outlet and it’s by the window, where the wifi is totally useless. I’ve moved to the center of the place, where the wifi works slightly better, just long enough to find another coffee spot in the area. The food at Pret is good and the staff here is great but if your intention is to work, don’t bother unless you’ve got a mobile hotspot.

Super friendly staff. Especially Yoli, who always greets me with a smile and a kind word. Employee of the year!!! Food and coffee are usually fresh. Sometimes the coffee area can be a bit of a disaster after 9:30 am or so, and sometimes they run out of decaf late in the morning. Anyway I keep going back because the salads and baked goods are the tastiest thing around the corner from my office.

5 stars for the staff who directed me to the inexpensive organic café AU lait with soymilk(for those of lactose intolerant). 1 star for the exorbitant prices of these drinks(please see photo) for my staff :)

Still no internet reception in about 90% of the establishment. You need to stand in the middle of the floor to get any bars kinda hard to do with coffee in one hand, etc.

I love, love, love Pret. Healthy, convenient and delicious! I don’t have it where I live, so I can especially feel the advantage of having a Pret nearby. I can honestly eat something from Pret all day every day.

Pret has always been my go to place in the city. I love their freshness and quality. This franchise stands by customer loyalty and at the end of the day they give back to the less fortunate. You have to respect that. The food is tasty and their tomato soup is to die for. It does tend to get pricey when you add soup with the meal and a drink but they throw in fresh bread for free. The bread reminds me of how my aunt made it for me after coming home from school. Oh the memories. Try out Pret. Definitely a unique experience

Clean location, stocked hot bar, and quick line during the lunch rush! One of the best Pret locations in Midtown.

I go here for hard boiled eggs and coffee sometimes. I know their food is pretty good and they have green juice in an area where there is no fresh juice. But I hate the line system it’s totally messed up. And the people who work here seem completely out of it.

I was extremely relieved to find a washroom. I was glad for the lack of a line and plenty of cashiers. After I purchased spicy Morrocan lentil soup, the cashier gave me the code for the washroom. Ample tables and chairs for guests. Wish there were more options for smaller portion sandwiches or healthy snacks.

Love Pret. From their soups and salads to their delicious wraps and sandwiches. I HATE their line system /lack thereof. It’s always chaotic. When you know the system, choose the shortest line and end up getting taken care of faster than someone who doesn’t know… it becomes a thing. Negative energy spewing out of them and directed right at you. I’ve been called a line-cutter and have even been confronted by angry Pret-customers who don’t understand the system. It’s not my job to explain it to them. Post a sign, make a single queue, do something! Thanks, Eddie Going

I rarely review big chains but after grabbing lunch at this Pret nearly every work day for the past year(sorry, wallet) I feel like a review is in order. Thank you so, so much for existing. Pret is a damn blessing. It’s right across the street from my office and such a tasty lunch option. I know technically Pret a Manger is considered *fast food,* and while the checkout line certainly is quick, Pret is too fresh and well-made for such a category. Let’s put it this way: the spicy shrimp and cilantro wrap has sustained me every day for the past however-many-9-to-5-work-days and I’m not sorry at all. If this Pret closed I think I’d cry.

I love these little places to pick up a green drink or a salad for lunch, they are amazing for that. I wouldn’t however come here to dine in for lunch. Small space, Lots of tourists and a lot of pre packaged goods. You can order things made for you but it can get crowded and takes a little bit of time. The location is convenient to Rockefeller center and all of the larger companies in the area. You will find plenty of suits mixed with the tourists waiting on line. There is a small outdoor seating area diagonally across the street if you are looking to sit outside. We had a green juice, hard boiled egg with spinach, and a fruit cup. It came to be about 13 dollars, the cold pressed drinks are expensive.

Pret has the best dark roast, always perfect !! The service here is great, their really fast and clean. I come here almost every morning, one morning they were out of the dark roast :( I had to wait like 5 mins I was alil upset because I didn’t have time but I didn’t complain and they gave it to me for free that was very nice of them. Love you guys.

Oh, Pret. What can I say about you?!? I come to pret pretty often because they have really good food. The only issue I take is that their food is really pricey. Some of my favorite items include the tomato feta soup and the falafel and red pepper with Swiss cheese wrap. Being one of the few places to eat outside my office, I guess Pret will continue to be a staple for me… if I can continue to afford it.

Decent spot if you have NOTIME to pick up food. Everything is ready-made and prepared for take-out and you just have to pick it up and pay. Decent selection of sandwiches, salads, wraps, and chips. Portions seem pretty tiny for the price though. The wraps are long and thin — picture a slightly larger version of a taquito. They list a whole bunch off ingredients but they seem to have lots of veggies/filler and not that much meat. Southwest Breakfast wrap — MAYBE had 2 eggs, hard to tell since the entire thing was beans. Did not see or taste ANY bacon as advertised. I’d pass on this. $ 5 after tax Hoisin Duck wrap — Small amount of duck, lots of spinach and cucumbers. I dont think i saw any hoisin sauce or mayo as advertised. Good but nothing special $ 8 after tax If you aren’t pressed for time, go to any of the deli’s nearby and get a real sized wrap for the same prices.
