This place is one of the busiest establishments in the Rock Center. Whether I am passing by this place in the morning for breakfast, at noon for lunch or after I get off work for an early dinner– there is always a line here. Usually filled with people in really nice suits and professional attire, afterall it is really close to Park Ave and Madison Ave. The line moves quickly and the people who work here are friendly. They give you your receipt and you have to wait for your number to be called to pick up food. The food usually takes a little bit longer, anywhere from a 5 – 15 minute wait depending on how many people were there before you. The sandwiches themselves are presented beautifully and they always look very neat(you can tell by the photos). However, they do not escape the critique of everything falling out of the sandwich when you take a bite and you don’t know how to keep everything in your sandwich! They are delicious though, I am particularly fond of their breakfast sandwiches which are extremely flavourful(although a little on the pricey side, I mean $ 5 for a SEC??). Despite the price, I definitely would prefer to get breakfast here opposed to Dunkin Donuts which is right in front of the subway station.

The food is good, but the waits times are long. Expect to wait at least 10 minutes in the morning for your breakfast sandwich needs. The pricing is okay for a restaurant located in Rockefeller Center. A base egg sandwich is about 2.49, then each add on takes about another $ 1 to your order. A bacon, egg and cheese sandwich will set you back a little under $ 5. The lunch menu is pretty large. Typical cold cuts menu, which the available options of chicken sandwiches and Philly cheesesteaks. Lunch sandwiches will set you back about $ 9 – 11. In closing. good food, reasonably priced breakfast menu, long waits.

Haven’t tried their sandwich yet but I liked their coffee a lot. Will for sure drop by next time given the high ratings from other Unilocalers and suggestion from my friend. They also have calorie count next to the food options, very useful piece of information for people like me who counts those numbers! Happy Thanks Giving!

Their sandwiches are great and I experienced superb service at this location. All the servers were really nice and helpful considering I had never been there before and wasn’t acquainted with their menu. Definitely a great place for a quick lunch.

Love this staff! Always friendly even when busy. I mostly go for bagels because any sandwich I’ve had(about three different ones) were lackluster and boring which goes for all locations but they are so inviting and the coffee is good!

Got the Lenwich and it was great! Such a good place to stop for lunch when you’re in the area. It’s a dollar or two more per sandwich than competitor Potbelly nextdoor, but it’s so much better. You get a lot more meat and toppings on your sandwich and they really stuff it more than you’d expect. Usually end up spending $ 7 – 9 for a lunch here. Line moves very fast too.

Love Lenny’s and I Looove this location! The sweetest and most professional food service staff I have ever met and are always quick, even when there is a crowd, particularly around breakfast and in the lunch. Food is always fresh, and I love my Hazelnut coffee I get here every morning before work — iced in the summer, hot the rest of the year!

What to say besides this is a sandwich shop chain done right? For about $ 4 more than Subway you’re going to get a huge sandwich with fresh ingredients and a larger selection and more interesting sandwich combinations. all in a cleaner and more efficient environment. Everything I’ve had here has been solid. My personal favorites are the #1 Lenwich combo and #2 Italian.

We had salad and sandwiches catered in. Salad was salad. Sandwiches were sandwiches. But I was excited to have two vegetarian options. — There was a grilled veggie one with eggplant and zucchini, cheese, romaine and rye bread. A little chewy, but I liked how thin the cheese slices were and I liked the rye bread. — Fresh veggie one was vegan. I really liked the freshness of the avocado and sprouts. Food quality I would give a three too, but because I had a vegan and vegetarian option, I’m going with a four.

Quick and tasty. Lenny’s was about to close so they were running out of salad toppings. No feta, olives, or cucumbers. I’d like to try a sandwich next time but the salad was good. I will eat there again, next time I’ll go a little earlier. Greek salad w/chicken 3.5 stars Jalapeños potato chips 4 stars

I was really excited about trying Lenny’s in New York, because it looked like an amazing idea, fresh made sandwiches and salads that aren’t as commercialized as Subway and had lots of healthy options. I am a Thanksgiving dinner person, and loved the fact that you could get stuffing as a topping, and was super excited to try it out. I went in to order my sandwich and I was questioned by the cashier who insisted I was intending to get one of their pre-made sandwiches instead of one with what I requested– pastrami turkey, stuffing, and lettuce on rye. I convinced him otherwise and he put my order through, but I frustratingly received it with this super spicy mustard on both sides of the bread. I was pretty annoyed, as the sandwich wasn’t the cheapest. I ordered a new one without the mustard and the lettuce after they profusely apologized for their mistake, and it was delicious. The stuffing was fresh and the rye gave a really nice flavor. So I still consider it a perfect on the go New York lunch. Sure, I may have had a little mishap with my order, but I’m sure not all Lennys’ are like this, and I would still highly recommend this chain. :)

Lenny’s is the ultimate breakfast spot in Rockefeller Center for morning commuters in a hurry but want a quality meal to start their day! The menu is packed with variety and options to either have a light and healthy breakfast all the way down to the heaviest and greasiest sandwich you could think of. They truly have something for everyone. My personal favorite go to is the $ 4.50 and unbelievably filling sausage, egg and cheese sandwich on a hoagie roll. You will be full and satisfied throughout your morning.

Lenny’s, or «Lenwich» as it’s now called due to some sort of legal issues in NYC, has been around for a while in the Rock Center concourse and I’ve just never gotten around to trying it. Armed with $ 7 credit from LevelUp, I decided to take the plunge. It’s definitely not for anyone on a diet, that’s for sure, though they do have salads and soups… but why would you want it from here when there’s better places nearby? I went for the«original» Lenwich — pastrami, corned beef, swiss, coleslaw, and russian dressing on your choice of bread. I think I went with whole wheat, but it doesn’t matter because by the time I got back my to my desk at 52nd, the bread was soggy as hell and inedible. Not your best takeout lunch since everything gets ridiculously soggy and gross. Other than that, middle of the sandwich was okay — meat was hot, cheese melted, and there was sufficient amount of russian dressing(but not too much). However, prefer heaps of sauerkraut over their cole slaw. Lines are long, but go by pretty quickly. You can be in and out in 10 or so minutes depending on what sandwich you order, as some take longer than others. It smells like grease in the restaurant, by the way.

Pretty good chain sandwich restaurant in NYC. I had the signature namesake sandwich, which was their pastrami, corned beef, cole slaw, rye bread, Russian dressing sandwich. It was delicious, and I’m not usually a fan of corned beef or cole slaw! The service was quick, place was clean, overall recommended for a quick bit to eat.

Got a craving for sandwiches? This is the place to go. Their sandwiches especially the Lenwich hits comfort food so hard I almost fell into a food coma after downing one Hero Lenwich. The amount of sliced meat and coleslaw in there had me in heaven for a few minutes at a time. You may have your sandwich on a Sliced Bread /Roll /Ciabatta /Wrap /Hero. Although Lenny’s have a variety of sandwiches. They will cater to your preference, which is well appreciated. During lunch hour, this place can get quite pack during the weekdays so its best to come after 2 pm or before 12 pm. Recommendation: — Lenwich(On any bread) — Any cold cut sandwich

Solid lunch place to get your sandwiches from. My favorite is the Chicken Parm on a Hero which is an extra $ 1.50, otherwise its on a roll and it can get very soggy especially if you are getting a delivery. Its very easy to place an order online, delivery normally runs about an hour and longer during peak lunch so order early and/or in advance if you can. Food is delivered hot, they call your cell phone when they are near so that by the time you get down they will already be there. Their sandwiches are excellent too, and they will cater and deliver if you have a work meeting or a party or any other event. I been eating from them for a long time and never have been dissapointed with food, service or delivery.

Lenny’s is my go to place for sandwiches. The sandwiches are also very large. My personal favorite is the Smoked Chicken Deluxe. It is a breaded chicken cutlet and grilled pastrami with melted smoked fresh mozzarella cheese, pickles, lettuce, and tomato. Walked in here because I was enticed by the sign advertising a salad and a smart water for $ 8.99. I ordered the crunchy chicken salad option and it was quite good. Even though it was light on the chicken it was packed with fresh vegetables and the bacon added good flavor. I enjoyed the salad and it left me full so I got my money’s worth. It’s nice to find something like this in an area that is mostly halal carts and fast food. Lenny’s delivered on exactly what I was looking for which was a fresh salad and a cold water.
