Pour La Victoire

This review is not for the store but for Pour La Victorie as a company. I have several pairs of shoes from PLV and recently a pair of my heels snapped in half. Never have I had a pair of shoes do this and would expect better from shoes of this quality. I contacted headquarters several times (only email no phone number) After months of sending pics and following up, I received an email suggesting I take them to a repair shop!?! My initial email sent 3 months prior specifically said that’s the first thing I did and was told because of the texture of the shoes, it wouldn’t look right. Regardless, they should stand behind their work and a heel should not snap in half ever. Absolutely ridiculously poor customer service and will NEVER buy their shoes again!

Ok, so the cat is out of the bag for her Christmas gift so I can post the results here.
She loved, loved, loved her shoes. Irina in black. Quality, attention to detail, and über-​classy. What more do you say about a pair of heels?
The price tag hurt a little but the look on her face was worth it.

The Malorie Boots are the celeb-​worthy Loeffler Randall’s at ½ the price!!!
The gray goes with EVERYTHING!!! I can slouch them down for a casual look or vamp them up by pulling them over the knee!!!
